Hello wwlurker - I'm glad you have a good attitude about the gain and that you've stayed in the same range for a month. We all have months like that! Hope you can get things worked out with your Fitbit. Wishing everyone a good week!

Hi everyone!
I am plugging along and doing fairly well. I did not meal plan for this week, so that is a challenge. I am thinking about ways to get more exercise in, but it is very tough at the moment, especially with the type of exercise I prefer (I like going to the gym and hot yoga, and I'm not comfortable with either at this point. Also, the gym near my work has been closed for quite some time and I'm not sure that they will be reopening, which makes it tough because my lunch hour is the most realistic time for me to work out).
I hope that you're all doing well.

Hi everyone!
Hope you are all doing well.
My WPs are dwindling fast. We have had a few extra treats in the house this week because we celebrated DD's birthday over the weekend. I do much better when I keep treats as a weekend thing, but it's hard because sometimes there are leftovers.
Have a great day!

Hi wwlurker - Hope you can make it through the week with the rest of your WPs. I also hope you'll be able to start back at the gym again once things are all opened up. I'm doing pretty well. I did buy a few sweet things at the store yesterday when I was getting some groceries. They are lower points so I'm hoping I can control them and not binge on them. Hope everyone else is doing well

Good morning! Yesterday wasn't my best eating day. I had a big-point breakfast and then I over-indulged in ice cream (again!). I'm over for the week. cj59 - I think it's important to continue to try different approaches to see what works for you, like trying lower point items, seeing what you can and cannot keep in the house (like ice cream for me - I need controlled portion sizes of the good stuff, or ice cream treats - these big vats of low-quality ice cream are not my friend). It's all about what you can live with to feel satisfied and not out of control. As you know, I'm very big on self-introspection. I want to know myself and what works and what doesn't for me, so that I can live my best life. It's not always easy or comfortable (there are definitely things I would rather not look too closely at or discuss), but it really does benefit me and make me a happier person when I do, so I try to push outside my comfort zone and ask myself the hard questions (with the help of my friends, family and therapist). Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning!
I don't usually check in on weekends, but I wanted to report my WI for the week, because I finally lost a couple pounds. This past week was a bit tough, because I didn't meal plan and there was leftover ice cream. That's gone now, and we are getting a meal box this week, so I'm hoping I'll have a good week.
I have one more pound to go before my next 5 pound milestone. I hoping to get there and then some before the end of the month.
I finally feel like I'm getting back on track.
Hope you all are doing well.

Hi everyone. I hope you are all doing well.
I had a poor eating day yesterday, with lots of fat. I'm not quite sure why I was craving that so much. I also think that I ate more than I usually would have because I had such a good loss this week. That kind of thinking is not helpful.
Have a great day!

You both are doing so good. I had a little bit of a loss. I do my wi on Saturday for Weight Watchers and another challenge I’m doing but I pretty much weigh every day.

Good morning! sunrose49, I weigh myself most days, too. I usually take a few days off early in the week and then start back up again mid week. Today I'm up a little, which is frustrating. Last night I went to bed early and didn't eat all of my DPs because of that. I find that usually happens once a week or so. I usually feel much better the next day, so I think that I just get a bit too little sleep most days. Today I'm going to focus on getting enough water (I think I may be retaining) and staying mostly within my DPs. I would really like to see some more movement on the scale this week because it's been so long since I've made any significant progress. I would really like to be in the next 5 pound range by the end of the month. Hope you all are doing well!

Hello!
It's pretty quiet here lately. I hope you are all doing ok.
I'm alright. Last night, I ended up having a fairly high sodium dinner and quite a few of my WPs. I'm still up a bit from my WI, with 3 days left until my next WI (including today). As per usual, my WPs are very low. I need to do better spacing them out over the week, as I don't like being this low in WPs halfway through the week.
Last night the issue was that we needed a quick and easy dinner for the kids before their evening activities, so we made a frozen pizza. I ate one slice, but was still hungry so we ordered takeout after the kids went to bed. I ate a reasonable amount, but it was high-points. Meal planning is so important to my success; I really need to stop thinking that I can "wing it".
Have a great day everyone!

Hello Everyone - Hope you are all doing well today I've struggled a bit this week so far, doing some overeating in the evening. It's definitely stress eating, I wish I was able to deal with stress in a different way, but I've always used food for those problems I'm tracking what I eat and not being too hard on myself. I'm definitely not quitting, just hoping to get better at staying on track. I am finding that as my points have gone down that I have trouble sticking to my daily points. I think that I might be a place calorie/point wise that this is what I need to eat each day to be comfortable. Sadly, this is the not the weight I want to be at, so that means eating less

Hi everyone!
Two more days left in my week. Last night I did well staying within my DPs, with only one WP used. DH brought home snacks but they were very high point and not my favorites, so I didn't over indulge.
Today will be another quick dinner before we head out. Not my preference because we tend to rely on processed foods when this happens, and we have two box meals we could make, but there won't be time.
Hope you all have a great day!

I've decided that I'm going to drop another point this week. I don't really want to, but I'm hoping to reach my next 5 pound goal, and looking at my calories burned over the past 3 months (including the super high day that I think was a fluke), I am consistently burning less than I have been. If I want to continue to lose approximately 5 pounds a month, I need to lower my points by 1.
It's still way more than WW would give me, but I'm ok with that. I need to work on cleaning up my snacks and eating less treats.

Hello!
Happy Friday!
I have made it to the end of the week with 5 WPs left, plus 21 DPs I left on the table (I sometimes count those, so that if I go over, as long as it's not more than I left on the table, I don't mind).
I'm hoping for a small loss this week, but I won't be surprised if there isn't one, because my WI comes after what is usually a high-point, high sodium day.
Overall, I can tell that I'm down a bit after about six weeks of staying in the same range. The scale may be a bit slow to catch up, but I can tell that there has been real progress by the way my clothes fit and how my body feels.
I hope you all have a great weekend!
