SSI I JSUT PAID FOR TRACKING AT THE END OF THE MONTH NOT ONLINE . I Paid discover the 11 today,. it is charge the day I get ssa. But this one says there is no SSA finding of disability in 1976 only one that did not find me disabled July 15 now the I have the SSI hisory and they do don't want that one because I caught them they dod no want to include the match 29 so Milwaukee reciieved it, a Maryland SSa received it . And the oig SSA received it. and I faxed to the local one that has it in the drop box but wont scan it.

now that I sent to oig SSA and Maryland SSA one that I had the phone number for I found the fax number. And to Milwaukee and to Madison I faxed 4 Times the reconsideration march 29 document I put in drop box march 29 at my local SSA. I just want to make sure they include that one I want it is within 10 days from denial.

It's April and this year is a leap year! Let's challenge ourselves to take that leap of faith that this year is OUR year, and we are going to accomplish our goals! Let's SPRING into Action in April. For the next 4 weeks, we will take care of our fabulous selves with healthy foods and regular exercise. Sure, it's hard work but aren't we worth it? -Do something each day that truly makes you happy!
WELCOME EVERYONE, anytime, and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, do aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train, and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-in (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here. - Join in on the August water-exercise challenge if you want to, but no pressure if you want to do something else.

I did one mile watt my portable DVD player watp just now player came today. I did the first of 5 miles . I am out of shape hope to do more tomorrow. Tomorrow the physical therapist comes. I think this tape is good for me . I hope tomorrow to do the whole tape I ate today French fries when Scott and I met Jen. but I go the package today and did the dvd first mile of the 5 mile 12 minute walk. I am so happy I could walk

I HAVE ENOUGH FO R5 A DAY WHICH IS ENOPGH OR ME. I REALLY LIKE THE TASTE. THEY HAVE PROTEIN IN THEM. AND THEN I CONFES IR EALLY ;LIEKL DIETPEPSI WHICH IS ON SALE. IG T THE PRUNES AND RAISINS FROM AN AGENCY THAT DELIVER EVEY OTHER SATURDAY.

I AM GOING TO ONE MEAL A WEEK AT A SYNOGOGUE WHIHC I WILL MONDAY WITH ANOTHER REISDENT WHO GOES FOR THAT MEAL. THEYT TAKE OFF FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF APRIL AND I WILL GO AGAIN IN MAY.
