Friday May 3: 149.7 - down .9 I’m headed to see my new granddaughter. She’s 2 weeks old and I’ll get to hang out with her and the family for 10 days! I’ll try to stay accountable. lani WTG. It’s amazing how much of this is truly within our control. I’ve added weights to my workouts when I joined Silver Sneakers. I find that I’m more focused on how my body functions than on the ups and downs of the scale. Who’d a thunk it?!?? luvvinlife, have a wonderful visit! bbbearsmom, we are going to Maui (south side) for 10 days, 2 couples in a condo. Leave the house on the 13th, stay at airport hotel, and fly out the next day. Back on the night of the 23rd. No cruising until Sept. Friday, May 3: 121.6 - down 0.2 lb.
