Good morning
Kelly, I’m sorry about Olaf 😢 it’s hard to lose a beloved pet. Hugs to you and your DH.
Claudette, I’m loving this cooler weather. Enjoy your walks.
Nancy, have a wonderful trip!!
I’ve been working in the yard. I had a good wi at my in studio meeting. I’m clinging to the wagon to keep losing and not fall off 😉

Andrew WI: -0.4 lb (down) CW: 158.6 lb WID: Sat 08/24 (Not sure if we are doing weigh-in this week, since it is a 2-weeks-in-1 forum, but posting doesn't hurt!)
After having a pretty big gain last week, happy to say I am back on track. Back down (just a hair) below my target weight of 159 lb. I have two shootings in a row Sunday and Monday. One is a music video, other is as a stand-in or something. I'm glad I am writing this now because it reminds me that I need to prepare so I don't snack all through the shootings. For a successful (diet) shooting day, I need to make a meal plan today, preload the points in the morning, and attend a virtual meeting on the way to the shoot. I also try and observe other people during the shoot and try not to eat (snack) more than other people.
Haha, no BL last week. Well, the sign of success is getting back up after a fall! Glad you had a great B-Day Nancy! Way to go with seltzer water at the cookout (and other great choices too)! Kelly, so sorry for your loss of dear Olaf.
Big wave and smile to everyone! Andrew

Hello,
Just checking in to say hello. They’re keeping us busy. Saturday we went to Willow Park and checked out the lake, dam and falls, a 4.5 mile walk after I’d already done 1.5 on the treadmill before we left. The falls were a 1mile walk down the mountain!!! Nature is so beautiful. I had to stop a couple of times to rest but I made it down and back up. Yesterday we spent some time at the chlorinated lake, I’ve never heard of this. It was a beautiful park, big lake with umbrellas to sit under, lots of tree’s for shade, snack bar and bathrooms. A nice way to relax. We had a nice dinner home and ended the night with a outdoor movie (the nightmare before Christmas) with s’mores.
No scale, F S S, tracking, tm35min, virtual mtgs, not so good with water but at least 24oz.
Have a great week😀

Good Morning!!
I added 3.09 miles Tues-Wed.
My ex is still in the hospital from his quadruple bypass. My son contacted me yesterday to let me know he was in the area as his grandmother has been placed on hospice. He will take that loss hard when it happens.
One of my friends from childhood reached out yesterday to let me know her husband had surgery to remove a blood clot from his lung.
I work today and then have off til Tuesday.
Hope everyone is having a good week.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Andrew WI: -0.2 lb (down) CW: 158.4 lb WID: Sat 08/31
I'm feeling pretty good about my maintenance. I'll be going back to America (Memphis) in Oct, to see my father, so starting to worry about the eating I'll be doing. And on the way to home, I'll be going to Mexico for a week to see a friend. If there is one country with even more fattening food than America, it is Mexico. So there will be challenges. But that is not until October, so just want to have a good September to build up to that trip.
Nancy, wow sounds like some amazing time in nature! Kelly, oh, so many people in the hospital/hospice. I hope our healthy eating can keep that stuff to a minimum for us all!
Big wave and smile to everyone!

It looks like I have missed a lot. I am busy doing all the usual. I have concerns with my DH which are taking my time and energy. He has heart issues as well as hip and leg pains which him prevent him from walking and doing the things he loves to do. I am well and keeping my weight off. Still at goal and free lifetime. I had a colonoscopy which helped me lose 5 pounds temporarily and I have managed to stay at goal since then. I will try to catch up. My weight for last week was 149.6. I will start with that and see what I can lose this week.
