Tuesday possibilities: --car to shop ✔️ --practice!✅ --walk ✔️did not walk but did 15 min. strength class on zoom --laundry --guitar class✅ --declutter✅ tackled paper mess, backlog of filing --call furnace guy (again...did he forget?) to check on Old House --wind down!

Good morning! We had a great time in Chattanooga TN. We were a little concerned about traveling up there but there was a way to go that you don’t go near the areas that were hit by Hurricane Helene. I did hear today that part of the Blue Ridge Parkway is being reopened which is wonderful news. Not surprised I gained a couple of lbs. You can only eat so much snack food without gaining weight. Looking forward to lots of water and some veges in my system.
Friday possibilities: —laundry (started)🍁 —unpack🍁 —put things away from trip🍁 —go through mail🍁 —practice piano (I haven’t practiced all week and I have a lesson today)🍁 —stop at church to pick up something🍁 —go to pharmacy🍁

Good Friday noon! Cathy, glad you enjoyed your trip. I find car trips a challenge as I tend to want to eat just from fatigue from driving! I think my body gives me more hunger signals in the autumn, too, maybe some ancient urge to store up energy for the long dark winter or something 😉
Yesterday I actually did a long session of decluttering in my office/music area...still have more to go. But at least the piles aren't as high! Oh, and my furnace guy for Old House finally called me back, but by then, my tenant's son had stopped by and managed to relight the pilot light on the furnace. So all is well for now. Yay.
Friday possibilities: --tap class✅ --pick up something for lunch✅ mushroom pizza slice & a pear --bookkeeping✅ --practice✅🎸 --walk outside, beautiful sunny/breezy autumn-y day.✅ Big Woods & meadow trails, very pretty --wind down earlier!✅

Happy Saturday! Carol, so glad the furnace got worked out. I know you feel great getting all that decluttering done. DH finally was able to fix the microwave that we paid so much money for and is waiting for DS to help him put it back over the stove.
Weekend possibilities: —practice🍁 —grocery shop (before someone calls me Old Mother Hubbard)🍁 —put birthday decorations away🍁 —declutter flat areas on first floor🍁 —plan dinners for the week —make bread and muffins🍁 —work on cards Sunday —church(will watch online) —possibly go out with friends (cancelled) —possibly pick up bakery goods🍁
