This is why I track on paper! I started using MFP to double track calories. But for WW, I use a paper tracker I created. I don't like the new ones they have that are basically just journals. I like the old ones that had boxes for GHG's. So I made one with little icons for the different GHG (cows for protein, cheese for dairy, water bottles for water, etc).
I use different color pens to lift my spirits. Helps to make tracking fun.

Nothing would make me happier than to see those little check-off boxes for water, and GHG's--sure wish they would put them back! As long as I have some free e-tools I'll use the APP since it is so easy and I always have my phone nearby. I'll have to try double tracking some of the time on MFP.
One day down...now on to the next!

They also had a place to track your measurements that I liked. I am so sick and tired of being asked to rate the app ending I open it😡😠😣

I miss the green triangles that they put next to good food choices. I loved seeing my meals filled up with those green triangles.

I just signed up again yesterday and was so disappointed with the website and app. All the features that I liked are gone. It isn't user friendly at all. When did these change occur?

Seriously, I opened the WW app on my iPhone to track lunch while I was making it, and I was (again) greeted with the requirement to log in. This happens way too frequently, usually when they update the app—but I just looked and there has been no recent update.
The tracker put up a "How do you like this app?" message and, as usual, I chose "I hate it." That presents a box asking me to comment, and I did—VERY rudely. After all, how many times should one have to comment on the same softrware flaw before somebody bothers to assign a developer to find it and fix it!
This problem wouldn't keep occuring if WW wasn't so paranoid that somebody, somewhere is going to get even 1 minute of free program support. All they need to do is set a token ONCE in the software's stored settings that gives an expiration date and/or time, and check that each time the app is launched instead of "phoning home" every time it is launched.
Oh well—that was certainly a rant—but at least you know you're not alone!

The tracker put up a "How do you like this app?" message and, as usual, I chose "I hate it." This happens almost once a week to me. Just happened again today. I didn't bother logging in, I just wasn't in the mood to fight with it. I normally have to enter my password two or three times then I get a message that says "it isn't you, it's us, we are working on the problem". I really hate that app

Can you use the tracker to record what you eat and drink? I just don't worry about messages, blue dots or anything else. Also I am never asked to rate it. It must be random. i think the app is easy to use for tracking. I would like to see my nutrients but I can do that on Lose It.

It is easy on computer. yes but people are talking about the mobile app. that's the one that has these problems. i don't even have a subscription anymore but when i did i HATED using the app. it was always giving me problems. so i just gave up and would only use my laptop to track. but with smart devices being more widely used than one carrying their laptop all around town, WW really has been needing to get their stupid act together for years.

furrville2, the app has been glitch filled since they introduced it. At one point they had it semiworking for about a week, they then did an update and took out all the nice features that made it semi-uniform no matter what platform you are using. No clue why all the free apps are able to be consistent. It truly boggles the mind.

The reason I use the mobile app is because I'm scanning something at the grocery store or trying to make a good decision before we head into a restaurant. So I need something semi quick. I still put it on paper, but doesn't help me if I don't know the points.

The old versus new trackers turned into quite the hoopla at my meeting on Saturday! One lady mentioned hating the new trackers and wants the water boxes, GHGs, all the beneficial stuff back - generated a firestorm of BRING BACK GOOD TRACKERS!
