When I was trying to sign back up on my laptop it would not work while I was using Safari on my MacBook. I had to use Google Chrome to finish signing up. I just can't believe the changes. It's been awhile for me using WW, but before it was so user friendly (maybe 2011-2012). It was super easy and never had a problem. This is not user friendly. Is there another app that you can use as a tracker. I really only wanted access to recipes, the forum and what I thought was the old tracker. Thanks!

furrville2 I use the site on my laptop (MacBook using Safari) with no problem) iPad and iPhone. It does take a LOT of getting used to. I still don't use the full site on my laptop and find it much easier just to track on my phone. I do love the scanner -- the database, favorites, meals all make tracking easier. But it definitely is not intuitive! Do you go to meetings? Our leader frequently sits down and does a group session with a few folks after the meeting on 'APP 101' !!

For tracking, check out the app named iTrackBites+ (in the Apple iTunes store).
I didn't ever feel that the web site was user friendly; it just got a lot more user hostile when they introduced the new site. 8>)
I use Safari exclusively and don't have problems; if I did, then I'd drop my membership.

and unfortunately, the forum is gone. there is something called connect, but i hear it's kind of wonky and hard to get a discussion going. bunch of TMI pictures and feet on scales and such. yuck.
i think WW is great because it definitely does work, but they make it so annoying to even use their tools that it detracts from the wonderful base program that exists.

I never see feet on the scale photos or TMI on Connect. You have an option to read New, Trending or Following posts. I just read Following unless I'm bored. I pose questions and start discussions all the time. A lot of friends from the old message boards are actively using Connect.

I always see feet on a scale, lol! First time I used connect the first 5 or so pics were all feet on scales! Not that it matters to me, thought it was funny.
