Hope your day is a bit less hectic than the one that lies ahead for me! I'm tired before I start! I've already done my 45 minute walk'ntalk phone walk with my long distance friend (geez it was humid out there!). Now getting ready to head out to the pool for Warm Water Aerobics, then a partial Pool Yoga class --have to leave early Then neurologist appointment that I have waited FOUR months for. Hopefully this new female doctor is good and has some answers for my headache woes. Then PT evaluation for some therapy on sciatica and left leg. Somewhere in between I'll nibble on the fruit and cheese sandwich I've packed to go! Stay cool as the heat and humidity is rising! (at least it is here!)

Good morning! pbnj, you certainly have an active day planned. Hope the new doctor can give you some answers. ksbruns, and good luck at your doctor appointment. The main reason to retire is so you have time for all of the doctor's appointments! I'm back from my walk and I'm planning on dusting and picking up some of the clutter that has accumulated! I'm planning an OP day today and yoga class tonight! Yea!

pbnj, Hopefully good news in the future for you. Yesterday went great. Very much on program. Felt great during karate class last night. Looking forward to that feeling again. Just something about eating right that puts you in the zone so to speak. Do you all ever feel like there is a formula or combination of foods that put you at your best? Yesterday after work and before class I ate a whole thing of strawberries and pineapple. Not sure if it was the natural sugars or what. But I was ready to rock.

Good morning all and good luck at those doctor appointments! Not much going on today other than work. It's very humid here too which doesn't help with the damn lightheadedness but I'll stay in the a/c at work. ale8oneboy, I don't think there's a specific food combo that does anything for me but I think cutting out junk just makes you feel better in general. But if the strawberries and pineapple work, keep eating them! Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi everyone, Getting my hair done today-got to get rid of the gray roots!
The dropping off some library books, a little grocery shopping and maybe some more on-line classes.
I only need three more credits, but these videos glitch every time. It's SO annoying. I've even got my computer hooked directly up through a phone wire (I think that's what it is-Rick did it) so it's not the WiFi cutting out.
Going to grab some eggs for protein before I start my day.
ale8oneboy- I think everyone has their own mix of foods that makes them feel their best. If fruit works for you- do it. But be willing to experiment a little
I know I feel bad when I'm not getting good protein in. Eggs or greek yogurt are a big thing for me in the breakfast if I want to feel best in the morning.
Have a good day everyone

DebDoesWW lol. Don't we all miss that. I honestly miss the water tracking part. I'm so happy the GHGs are a habit for me now. I drink water all day long. I feel for Newbies who don't know about them. I gave an old paper tracker to a newbie at my meeting where the little boxes were listed to check off for GHGs. The newbie knew nothing about this and was excited to have this information.

That was sweet of you linda72 😊 My favorite line after the change was "we wanted to make it simpler, people thought the program was too confusing." I call BS, the GHG's had been around for fifty years with millions being able to figure out the GHG's and NOW all of a sudden the program needed to be dumbed down?! I think it was more that the rocket science IT department that can't even handle getting a cross platform simple tracking program working was unable to add a section devoted to checking off GHG's without completely losing it.
