Hi My name is Karen. I am a 52 year of mom to 6 children. Ages 10-28 I have gained a great deal of weight over the past 15 years. I am heavier now than I was in any of my 9th month in my pregnancies. I am only 5 foot 2 and weigh in at 253 pounds π£π£ I have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I'm on meds for the b/p. I have no energy, am lethargic all of the time & just don't feel well π£π£ I joined WW just 2 days ago and am hoping to drop 100 pounds. I am finding the WW website hard to navigate however and am looking for support buddies who are similar. I am really going to try very hard to be successful with this plan. Good luck to one and all. Good luck Karen. I have 65 pounds to lose. WW is great if you follow the plan. Do you go to meetings? Keep working the site. Lot's of good groups to join.

Have high b/p high cholesterol am very social but most of my social activities revolve around eating π£ Need to lose anywhere from 75 -100 poundsπ£

The A lot to lose monthly thread is a good one to join - we're pretty general and we all have what we consider to be a lot to lose.
It's a pretty supportive group.

Once you get used to it, you will find the WW App/Site makes it pretty easy. Track ALL your points. Weigh and measure. You can do it. Just remember, WW is NOT Biggest Loser. It took you 15 years to gain this weight. It doesn't come off overnight. This is a Lifetime Commitment.

My 1st weigh in was yesterday. I'm down 3.8 pounds π Which was more than I expected considering I was on vacation with my daughters for 5 days. However I did try very hard to make choices within my points range. Though I did go over a couple of times πΆ Hoping for a similar or better loss next week π

Hello! My name is Kathy and I just joined WW yesterday and am anxious to make this work. I have alot of weight to loose and I need to loose this weight so that I can become healthy and stop taking all these medications! I am 45 years old, I am on Metformin for diabetes, I take a pill for HP, and I take a pill to help me sleep at night. I am tired of feeling like this and I just want to get healthy and not get worse. I don't do too good with the tracking of my foods but I am really trying to make this work. I would love any support and ideas and even any thoughts of what works for you.
