Winter is here!! We have 77 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

GOOD MORNING. BRENDA I did not get nutrasystem lol. I do simply filling and that is the opposite of white flour saturated fat and high sugar. And it is starvation. They don't like added fruit. and peas for instance which I eat 2 cups per day. for vegetables and fruit. I was watching the callers dissing WW measuring and points is so bad. They should have Oprah on the show. But they can not sell WW on QVC. i hope I get the WW coupons by Friday before Saturday meeting. And it is so expensive. 230 dollars. nutrasystem. I go to gym at 530am for 48 minutes at2.5 mph. I come back at 8am time to go foodchopping with Bob 915. I hope I have change to put in my Credit Union. Later I will do 30 minutes WATP for another 2 miles. I get 9 activity points for the time 48 low 30 minute moderate. I am cooking lentil stew in my crock pot. i am going to ask Gateway to wrote an 15 dollar check for WW so I can get the coupons next week.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Amy!
Well, got off to a decent start today by doing 30 minutes on my Glider before showering and heading into work. I plan to go to the gym after work for weight lifting machines and maybe 30 minutes on a recumbent bike.
I had a healthy breakfast, got a healthy lunch packed -now to behave myself after work by not binging!

Hi Everyone! I have weigh-in at 6 pm I will be up a few but expect my Saturday weigh-in here to be ok by then. I went to Aldi and bought some things to help me get on track!
