Yay on the concert finally getting here Kathy! Enjoy NYC. Ouch Furrville Sulli - Mahi mahi is a very mild flavored fish. Salmon definitely is a stronger fish flavor. Met up with Diva49 and "da boyz" on my lunch break today. We have met before and the conversation just flows so naturally.

Well, I have got nothing done today! Came into school to work and have done nothing but gab and catch up with the few people who are here today. I keep telling myself it's not a waste of time because it refreshed my soul and renewed friendships.
A dip dinner is a total points bomb but so much fun. A bunch of friends/co-workers get together and Everyone brings a different dip or appetizer. I made a salsa and sour cream dip, plus a ranch cheese ball, one friend is making buffalo chicken dip, one is making fiesta dip and shrimp cheeseball, another is making pizza dip and we are having skor bar cake for dessert.
We will gab and feast for hours!

Dina- it's a really good time. We do this about twice a year. Once during the summer to catch up, and once during the school year to try and refuel.
My husband and brother don't understand how "nothing but dips and cheeseballs" can be a meal. But we have a ton and we just feast. Of course there are normally some adult beverages involved too. And lots of good conversation

Heather, sounds like fun. Thanks Susiq Thanks Dina. I won't be grilling. Can't do that sort of thing on a charcoal grill., it would burn to a crisp. So I will cook on top of stove, does 4 or 5 minutes per side sound right? I'm so anxious to try something new. I can't imagine it being any kind of a calorie bomb.

are they frozen? Already cooked, your just heating them? sullicat1 , If so I would say 4-5 minutes per side would be fine, just till hot in the middle gotcha on the grill.. I have a gas grill so easy to control Definitely not a calorie bomb! - good for ya!

Oh boy, should have asked because I just looked at the label & it says frozen but it's been in the fridge all day so it's not frozen now. They sell them individually and wrap them up right in the fish section of the store when you buy one. Seeing that no one said to keep it frozen, I'm going to assume it's ok thawed & then cooked. Yikes, this is why I don't cook (not that throwing a burger in a pan is cooking!).

Thanks Dina. I was just thinking maybe I would have to forage thru the fridge looking for an alternative 🙀
