I swear I checked in this morning. These invisible posts are getting on my last nerve.
In a nutshell... began the morning with scale hate, breakfast then water aerobics, water yoga, 15 minute track walk, physical therapy, drive home, lunch frustrating phone calls, fight with hubby, short grocery shopping, dinner and now need just 1000 more steps for daily goal. That's all folks.

I'm IN.
DayJob wants to drive me insane. It's not a far trip.

linda72 , your summer rain sounds like our past winter! Hope it is done and everyone survived it.
neen , you probaby needed the added stress from DD's cat and your MIL on top of the new semester. NOT! Hope both cat and MIL will be fine.
jamescat1 , Audrey, maybe we should elect your our honorary travel agent. Your descriptions always sound so enticing. Enjoy the trip to the vineyard.
My cat has only eaten a little of turkey lunch meat I used to have on hand and does not want any other human food yet if I'm at the kitchen table eating yogurt or anything like that she comes around meowing. That's the sound of the cat complaining because you (we) have the nerve to fix some food YOU (WE) enjoy instead of what THEY enjoy. They rule the roost!
Not much going on with me today. The usual work at the Library with a few meetings interspersed, then went to lunch with a friend.
Speaking of cats, mine (Missy)—who was never a good jumper (I actually had to teach her to jump when she was a kitten)—all of a sudden seems to think she is incapable of jumping onto the chair that is her stepping stool to the bed. I came home after lunch to find she apparently spent the morning sleeping on the floor of the bathroom, presumably because she didn't think she could get up to the bed. I will monitor and hope it isn't another trip to the vet; she hasn't recovered from the last trip yet!
I hope the day was pleasant for everyone. It will be time for bed soon enough, and then a new day will dawn.

@beckyw2016, Yup, I've been in PT for over a month....when I realized how much it had helped my shoulder, it felt like, "Duh....why haven't I done this?" I've got 3 more sessions. I had really been a slacker with strength in the Winter, so it's been good for me to work again. I haven't seen the surgeon since my injections in January, but I think they have *run out* and I have an appt with him next week. I realize that just because they worked once doesn't mean anything, but I'm game for a second run if he will do them.
I have to drive 45 minutes to see him, but I really like him and hope I'm not going to have an issue with my new PCP.

Very late check in here.
Busy day. First day of teacher in-service. Started with a detour on my way there that took me back to square one. I was 15 minutes late.
Awful morning session, it could have been done in 1 hour instead of 3.
Then afternoon session where everything we were told before has changed. I'm out of compliance already on three reports before school even starts.
Then had to go to WW training to learn how to use the new MEG system for traveler meetings. That lasted until 8:00. I'm whooped.
Looking at my pretty flowers and going to bed. Have to repeat boring in-service tomorrow!
