Here's some inspiration that I've held onto since 2008. The calendar might be off just a bit now, but it's still close.....
IF I LOST 1 POUND EACH WEEK
By Valentine's Day I'd be 7 pounds lighter.
By St. Patrick's Day I'd be 11 pounds lighter. With the luck of the Irish I'll make my goal.
By Easter I'd be 16 pounds lighter. I'd be a cute bunny.
By Memorial Day I'd be 23 pounds lighter. Won't let it rain on my parade.
By Flag Day I'd be 25 pounds lighter. Boy could I wave my flag then!
By Independence Day I'd be 27 pounds lighter. Thats a real Declaration of Independence from overeating.
By Labor Day I'd be 36 pounds lighter. What a wonderful reward for all my hard work.
By Columbus Day I'd be 41 pounds lighter. What a joy to discover what I can do.
By Halloween I'd be 44 pounds lighter. I didn't think I had a ghost of a chance.
By Thanksgiving I'd be 47 pounds lighter. I'd have so much to be thankful for.
By Christmas Eve I'd be 51 pounds lighter. Talk about a merry day!
By New Years Eve I'd be 52 pounds lighter. It's not just a new year, but a new me!

CONNIE I Have another for MY personal list of "If I lost a pound a week" It's a short list. If I lost a pound a week every week in 2017, PIGS WOULD FLY OR If I lost a pound a week, then I must have had gastric sleeve (and will gain it all back eventually)
I made the MOST delish stir fry coconut chicken curry. Chicken, eggplant, green onions, bean sprouts in a medium coconut curry sauce. I put Bob's over rice. Since he would never order curry at a restaurant, I wasn't sure of his reaction. I asked if he liked it and he said "NO I LOVE IT." I have to say it was AMAZING. I could eat it every day I think.

Wednesday tracked/ yes 1152 calories morning workout/ yes
water/ yes with cucumbers n lemon extra steps / no
mark called today and said chicken n dumplings for lunch at hospital i declined and had my pretracked meal of hamburger patty topped with sour cream
cooked couple sirloins in crock pot with stew veggies for dinner very good made a cheese cake and only had 1 small bite
now enjoying sf jello and lite cool whip
