Good Evening all...My want it Wednesday went downhill this morning. I had an apple fritter. Oh it was so good and I enjoyed every bit of it. Then later after lunch (which was fairly healthy) I had some lemon cake. Guess I was just so frustrated because I thought I have been doing pretty good and I was up .6# this morning. Ugh....Why can't I lose. I have got to figure out what I am doing wrong and get it fixed.
Jo thanks for starting us off this morning. Good job getting your WO done first thing. Glad it's making you feel good. I am sure doing your floor exercise on the bed is just fine. I wouldn't think it would be any different. Glad the coaching was helpful. Hope you are able to find a way to utilize the information she gave you.
Carole oh no....We have been hit with some kind of bug at work. I have a couple of ppl that started out with itchy throat and it turned into a terrible headache, very sore throat, and body aches all over. Said they felt like they had been hit by a freight train. It is taking at least 3 full days before they start feeling better after all the symptoms hit them. Hope thats not what you have.

LOL about Kaitlin...I am glad you just let it go and didn't let her get to you. Sorry she can't even show any appreciation to the help you did give her. Glad the former boss was finally able to come over. Nice that they was able to give that bonus and you won't have to worry about taxes on it. Vacation time sounds fun.
Jo we did leg WO yesterday. My legs are killing me. It seems to be getting worse still. Hope I can move tomorrow.
Nice they was able to get your monitors switched out. I have never used a computer with 2 monitors. Oh I saw the burrito bowl on Pinterest the other day and thought it sounded good.
How was the new girl today? Hope everything went smooth and not as hectic as yesterday.
I hear you on not wanting to join the gym and then not utilizing it. If I didn't have my trainer I know I would not be making it to the gym at all. I do like getting in there and getting a WO in. Makes me feel better about myself.
