Winter is here!! We have 77 days till Spring March 20 ,2017. This is time enough to start to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by Spring. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!

Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

Good morning
I updated my WI. Going to start putting in my WW WIs. I also took all off and am just going to look at my 2017 success ;-)
Amy I thought you were doing the SF, but when you said you were watching it I thought maybe you were going to give it a try. You were so successful on the SF before I know you can do it again!!
Debbie I meant to say yesterday that is great you got the piece of equipment in before the end of the year! Are you liking the glider?
Mo good to see you. Good luck on the WIs
Today will be a walk outside before the real cold weather hits.

Hello! Thanks for starting us Brenda! I changed my WIs to start with this year too! No looking back just forward to a healthier year!
Brenda, hope you got your walk in! Yes I like the glider, it's very easy but still feels like exercise. The foot device seems to be helping -it might be in my head but mental attitude can help with healing too, lol!
I'm getting back on track and my weight was down almost 2 pounds this morning -now to keep up the good work! I am very determined -30 pounds off (maybe more) by my birthday, June 14th, and 60 off by end of the year (or sooner)!

All my food is simply filling. I just wanted to know the points now 31. So still et solely simply filling foods except for 0 point diet cocoa. I would not change from simply filling. Oh yeah splenda is 1 point. cause I eat 2 servings off oatmeal a day.

Today I ate pizza and butter with whole wheat bread. In the morning I ate pastry that is ut out weekdays.
