Finished last peanut brittle covered with chocolate, tracked it and have moved on. I do not need any chocolate and nuts, I do not need chocolate and nuts, I do not need chocolate and nuts. None is better than one.

Great job everyone. I love bourbon on the rocks. That's my favorite drink of all time. I've never tried prosecco.

I went to an Amish Market today, where they have the best baked goods and donuts and only bought what I had planned to get before going in there - one slice of pie that I'll split over two days and that I made sure I had the points to cover - no impulse buying.

Nothing tempts me to overindulge. i use portion control. never? i don't think i've ever met someone on ww or that had a need to use ww or any weight loss program for that matter who had zero trouble with overcoming the urge to overindulge. you must be a robot.

Normally I would have polished off the full 2 oz bag of Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Almond Toffee. However, tonight I had half the bag with a cup of tea and was fine. For me, being mindful when eating them was the key to my success.

Forgot to pack my breakfast this morning, so I ate an apple I had here. Ignored the chocolate covered pretzels that are sitting on my desk-so far! Moving them into a closet- NOW

Somehow before the holidays I got mentally on board with not overeating...I know crazy right! I resisted treats at work and sent them out back to my co-workers and also put on a Christmas luncheon and was unable to eat any of it (chix and ribs, mac n cheese and beans, cake) even took a plate home and barley touched it.. Whatever has gotten into me is working.. Thank goodness!

Even Mary Poppins is only "practically perfect." Well MP was really perfect IMO but she couldn't say so because that would have been bragging and then she wouldn't have been perfect anymore. It put her in a tough spot.
