1 tortilla Ole Extreme Wellness High fiber low carb tortilla wrap (8 inch); 1 Points
1⁄3 cup Hunts Premium Pasta Sauce, Italian Sausage Flavored; 2 Points
1 oz Cheese, mozzarella, part skim milk; 2 Points
Add other toppings such as Chopped Onions, Green Peppers, etc.
I bake mine on a CI Skillet, at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

For lunch, I am planning to make recipes from the guide minceur. This guide describes number of recipes for all times of the day: breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners and desserts. I found about this guide from the internet. I hope that I make a delicious lunch.
