Credit for tracking totally 5 of 7 days, attending a meeting for LT members and drinking more water. Gratitude for my support from so many on line friends as well as from my family.

Credit for being more aware of the need to eat sitting down. Threw out the leftover chocolate chips from Christmas cookie baking. Grateful for this board which first brought Beck to my attention. Also, have to say, to Oprah, who started me on the path to meditating years ago.

All of the above. Credit for tracking every day this week and staying within target. Grateful I found these boards, read them for a long time, and am now trying to participate every day in this thread. Grateful I found out about the Beck book through the old boards. Especially grateful I rejoined WW last January, stuck with it, and got back to a lifetime weight that is acceptable to me. Grateful that I can afford to buy some new smaller clothes!

Credit 1. Tracking 2. Reducing sugar 3. Trying to move more 4. Managing stress and not stress eating
Grateful 1. The message board. You are all wonderful 2. My health is good 3. Family is doing well 4. Did not have a huge weight gain through the holidays.
Feels good to be in control and eating better. 😀😀😀 slowly the weight is going down.

Janet: Have fun buying new clothes.
Credit for keeping up the exercises I do, going to my WW meeting, coming to FB and the boards. So far so good on the weight even though it is my "urge to eat" season.
Gratitude in general for my life. Thankful for the fact that sometimes I do make the right decision and follow through, then gratitude for all the circumstances that leads me to the right decision.

Credit: - Trying to get back OP and off "holiday permission slips"
- Starting ballet classes again tomorrow night (they've been closed for the holidays since week before Xmas)
- Been extending my cardio workouts to a full hour now
Gratitude: - For this board and the Beck crew, you are all awesome!
- For my husband, who will eat anything OP that I cook for him, without complaints
- That I had more than enough frequent flier miles to book a free ticket to London to see my dear friend before she moves back to the US.

Good evening all.
Credit: Staying OP while on vacation and not falling apart when I returned Did all my supermarket shopping and about to finish my meal prep for a good part of the week. Got to my WW meeting yesterday
Gratitude: For the support here and the other group I participate in on this board For my wonderful job even though I don't feel like going back to work after 2 weeks of vacation For my kids and grandkids. Saw my DGS today and the visit reminded me what's important and joyous in this world.
