Good morning all! Checking in for accountability. I've been off the past few days. Today is a new beginning though! DH is finally on board starting today, so I'm hoping that we can start to make some real progress. Today I'm going to a delicious lunch which I'm pretty excited about. irisinnia, welcome! I hope that you join us. cj59 - you seem to be doing well. I need your focus. sunrose49 - I'm sorry you're not sleeping well. I find that is something which I never had trouble with, but as I get older, it seems to be more of an issue. leesa, WTG on the loss! You seem to have a busy home life like me!

Good morning
wwlurker, good to see you. That's great your DH is on board!! I started having sleeping issues with menopause.
leesa, WTG with the loss! Good to see you.
Waving to all
I tracked pretty good yesterday except for the evening as usual, but I will keep working on it. Scale was down this morning so that is a plus.

Hello Everyone - Welcome to another week leesa - Congratulations on the weight loss. I hope you can find another way to get in your activity/exercise. sunrose - Glad to hear the scale was down for you and you were tracking. wwlurker - It's nice that your husband is on board, hope this starts off a good week for you. I did pretty well yesterday and only overate a little on some snacky foods. I really should keep all of them out of my house I weighed-in this morning and stayed the same as last week, so I was happy about that - especially with some of the overeating I did. Hopefully sticking to my other healthy foods, water and exercise each day helped me with that.

Happy Halloween Everyone! Not much to report over here. I have some cake in the fridge that I am going to try to say no to. I am just really tired of dealing with this belly in front of me, so to heck with that stupid cake! wwlurker, That's awesome that you have a husband on board with you. Mine is pretty supportive but he's a thin person, so I'm on my own, just with a cheerleader. cj59, I love a good maintain, especially after some overeating. Congratulations, and I hope your hard work this week will give you a loss next weigh-in! sunrose49, wwlurker, What's the trouble with evenings? Maybe we can problem-solve! I have trouble with afternoons myself. After dinner is smooth sailing. wwlurker,

Good afternoon
cj59, WTG staying the same!! That's a good thing.
wwlurker, hang in there. I am trying to take one day at a time.
irisinnia, good luck with the cake! You can do it. ;-) For some reason the evenings are just a down time for me. No more exercise, no more tracking and for some reason I go out of control.

Hello Everyone - Hope you are doing well today wwlurker - Hang in there - I know you can get back on track. irisinnia - Good luck avoiding the cake - that's a weakness of mine, I'm alright with bringing one slice in the house, but no more than that! sunrose - Hope this evening goes better for you. I'm doing pretty well today. I did bake a Raisin Tea Loaf and planned to eat some of it and the rest I portioned off and put in the freezer. There is actually no added fat in this recipe but the whole thing equaled 36 Momentum points. I baked it in a 9x9 pan and cut it into 9 pieces, so each piece was only 4 points. I really love to bake and missed doing it while I was working to lose weight. So now I try to find ways to fit in some baking. It definitely tests my control with eating what I bake, but I've been managing pretty well. I just have to plan for it.
