However, I notice that some Amazon sellers may show varied plates but some don't come with what they advertise. I will be shopping at local stores so I can "see" what I am getting. Also looking at the gf site to see what they now offer. Anyone using gf and if so what plates do you use the most? I always use the grill plates, and also love the waffle plates making waffles using Texas toast (I'm lazy, much easier than a mix). I do not use the flat baking plates much at all. We use constantly for: grill chicken breasts, approx 3-4 mins steaks about 8-9 mins hamburger patties 4 mins bacon 10-12 mins toasted subway type sandwiches using bread, meat, and then adding cheese after it cooks. 3 mins (panni style) Shrimp on occasion Waffles, Texas toast style Saw Lasagna and omelets being made on one of the videos, now that would be interesting.

We have one of the smaller ones I guess. We bought it from Walmart. We also have the grill plates but not anything else on it.We have made pork chops, grilled chicken and steak. It will really come in handy now that DH hasn't been able to grill outside lately.
