Fall is here!! We have 23 days to New Years day. Three weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Challenges this week: Sun -go the extra mile! Mon -OP day Tues -work those arms! Wed -journal it Thurs -at least 6 servings water Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies Sat -work those abs

Debbie that's too funny what you called your party. Isn't that the truth though. I sort of miss the parties at work, but I would always feel miserable afterwards.

I did a weight DVD yesterday and today will be cardio. I posted my newest WI. Not good. I have been keeping my weight pretty much the same (give or take a pound). But way too high.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Brenda!
I posted my WIs -it was getting real ugly there until the past week. But then I chowed down big-time yesterday and weight is up 2 pounds this morning, arg! So on serious reduced rations today, lol! I'll live! As long as I'm back to last week's WI and hopefully less! At least I made it to the gym afterwards for a spinning class!
Hey Brenda, we're both close to a decade here, let's see if we can just dip under it and stay there until January 2? That's just a couple pounds -which for me means not binging in the evenings.
I have PT today, including an evaluation, but hoping it won't run over to long because I should go to tonight's spinning class as tomorrow's weather report is ugly and the gym may not be a good option then. That goodness I have a TM AND a Glider at home! Plus plenty of free weights!
