Good morning!!! I am IN !! low key weekend on the agenda for me. I am not quite back to eating solids yet, and I have to be careful as I fall right into that trap of poor me, comfort food and overdoing. Will plan out some soft things that don't include pints of Hagen-Daz  Happy weekend folks! |

Morning diva49, Hello reneinitaly, Step away from the Hagen-Daz!!! I'm finishing the packing and getting ready for my solo adventure! Really excited to be going "home" again (Cape Cod) and meeting up with dear friends! No Black Friday shopping here (unless someone can find a deal on Apple AirPods!) I'll let my 'fingers do the shopping' next week I guess! Not sure if I'll be checking back in until Tuesday (although have iPad will travel! Wishing ATF a great day! |

Had a great time with my sister yesterday and keeping the food to a minimum. Off to the gym. Avoiding black Friday as well.

Susi, glad you had such a good time with your sister.
No shopping for me today, although it would be a good day to grocery shop! I've got plenty to do to keep me busy around the house for the next few days.
Had a wonderful Thanksgiving and didn't overeat (drink yes, food, no, lol). Stayed away from the homemade rolls & desserts (no chocolate, not worth it to me) although I did have a healthy helping of mashed potatoes.

Good morning all. reneinitaly, your Hagen-Daz comment made me LOL. First smile of the day! Sounds like you all have some kind of plan for the day. I'm not sure what mine will be, although I do have a Turkey breast to roast later in the day. Yesterday went well. The food wasn't overwhelming, and there were enough healthy choices to keep my eating sane. I enjoyed my 1/16th of the cheesecake and left the remnants for my hosts to enjoy. Nothing I've seen online inspires me to part with $$$ for Black Friday bargains. Of course, there's nothing I really need so this it is a good thing not to be enticed into buying. Wishing AWF a great day. |

Hi everyone! My daughter and I will leave shortly for some Black Friday shopping. We plan to walk to the shopping district and back so I should get in a 5-mile walk. The food was great last night and I overdid it! Back on plan today and will see what the scale says on Monday. I have to say it was worth it!

Can happily say that the only Black Friday shopping I did was officially signing back up for WW. Got 55 % off on a 3 month online membership and I will be on board for the Freestyle debut happy me! |

Hi Friends....I drove up to our old 'hood for some yarn, and did a few errands, but stayed away from anything that was crowded. The Whole Foods parking lot was ¾ empty, so that was a treat. Today is my 8 years at goal anniversary, so that's been fun to celebrate...I can report I haven't celebrated with food, and that might be a change! pbnj I put my AirPods up high on the list of Favorite Apple Products, and you know that's quite a list! Good luck (and I'm sure we'll feel your presence here in the Bay State!) |

Hi Everyone. Taking a break while I watch Pittsburgh beat Miami, big upset. I have turkey stock simmering on the stove and am decorating for Christmas. For 10 or so years we have been on a trip after Thanksgiving and it is so nice to be home. Shopping will only be on line today and dinner will be leftovers with fresh green beans and salad I’m in.
