Good morning MJ and ATF!
MJ- safe travels home, and I hope you enjoyed every second of your getaway!
I have taken the bull by it's horns today. I have breakfast egg muffins made for the week, along with a turkey chili that I can get several meals out of.
Have also formally exercised today, so I feel like my mojo has come back home.
Have a wonderful Sunday!

diva49 , enjoy your lady quiet day! reneinitaly , I feel some resolve also. I did Zumba yesterday and walking today. I am looking forward to the new WW changes. Always seem to get a new resolve when there is new stuff. Need to get off the pounds I put on Thanksgiving week. I still am cleaning up from Thanksgiving. Almost done, still have linens to wash. And clean dishes to put away. Hoping to get a walk in. Mikey is making us a taco log. And I think the pies will be gone after tonight

Good morning one and all. I slept decently and woke up with some energy. Storm is brewing outside...the pool looks like the pump is circulating water, but it is the wind. The leaves have accumulated in one end...how convenient if I were inclined to scoop them out of the water! NOT. I'm enjoying my first cup of coffee and will launch into the news soon. I have no plans for the day. Got to figure something out. I'd go see another movie but nothing really inspires me.
The only thing this announcement ---vvv--- lacked was trumpets:
I wish everyone a great day.

Good morning all.
I've been straightening up this morning after sitting shiva for the last few days. It's amazing how much trash and recycling we accumulated! Yesterday I got over 10,000 steps and 60 active minutes just from running around all day doing errands and raking my front lawn before people came over. We gave away a ton of food, including coffee cakes, pastry, pizza, and more. I'm looking forward to the new program and will definitely stock up on beans and frozen corn and peas.
Hope everyone has a good Sunday.

The poor kids are exhausted, even Eric who is a shopaholic never wants to see a store again. We finally wrapped up at 8:30 last night. Have a great day everyone! 🙌

Morning everyone! 2nd cup of coffee of the day, I can actually see what I am typing right now zazzles, I got the message last night on the phone, and they actually sent me an email as well lol...oh, and let's not forget the leader saying the same thing in Friday's meeting. She knows I know everything. We were joking about the secret charm we are getting, and I said, "maybe it's a bean" and she laughed and we both said "or an egg or a chicken". reneinitaly, good morning! I have been trying to figure out for days why everyone is talking to you on the daily thread, but I was not seeing a post from you to see what they were referring to. I just realized I had been looking for your previous profile picture - and didn't realize that was you with the different picture - I laughed at myself for a good minute about that one. Everyone have a great day. We are going into town later, must get a new tree. The old one has been retired. And then I will be studying for two tests I have Monday, that I postponed for a week. Apparently a lot of people in the class requested an extension until after the holiday, so she sent out an email to the entire class we had through Monday night to take it. Thanks instructor, but all you did was give me more time to not study, so I will be doing a "stuff and dump" with information today.... quick memory intake, and then dump it from my brain after the tests lol.

Good Morning Weather is supposed to change by tonight from high 70s to low 60s. I hope this is true. The storm is closer to zazzles and sometimes doesn't come this far south. Our air is so bad right now, smog, so we really need the rain for many reasons. I am sending DH off to do errands alone so I can focus on decorating the Christmas tree. It is hard enough to get up on a ladder but tile floors are dangerous. Last year I broke a few ornaments so this year I am putting soft blankets down around the tree and taking my time. At least the cats don't climb in. They just want to sleep under the lights. I am allergic to real trees so this one works well. It is the third artificial tree we have owned. DebDoesWW it is really bad when a shopper does not want to see a store

zazzles, I ordered the Breville with the air fryer. It will arrive tomorrow. I can't wait to try it. I'm going to ask my son if he wants my existing Cuisinart Toaster Oven. I finished my week trying out the new program. I used the information about the UK plan and joined a few UK FB pages to get more details. It went well. At home, I lost about .8 of a pound which given we had Thanksgiving in there was great. I ended the week 5 weekly points in the hole on the current program (not really in the hole overall though as I had available FitPoints). I had 4 weekly points left on the new plan. Friday and Saturday were interesting. On both days I ate exactly 23 points on the new plan. But, I tracked the old plan and calories. On the old plan it was 27 and 43 points respectively. In terms of calories Friday was 830 calories and yesterday was 1441. But, both were 23 points on the new plan. Of course, the big difference was that on Saturday I had salmon and corn and that made a big difference. Friday, I didn't eat a lot of the new zero point foods. All of that said, my average calorie count per day was fine for the week and I found the program flexible enough for me. It definitely encouraged a healthier eating style. We need to get our Christmas tree (artificial) put up for this year. Maybe will do it today or tomorrow.

Early Christmas present. I've baked, broiled, roasted, air fried, toasted and slow cooked, and everything came out wonderful. It is the most versatile appliance I've ever had. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Late check-in for me today. I made it back home from Pittsburgh - very heavy traffic. I need to meal prep for the week and catch up with my husband. It's always sad to say goodbye to my daughter but I will see her at Christmas. Have a pleasant evening, all!

Hi All... I woke up early and ran out to get my elderly 92 year old next door neighbor coffee and 2 donuts. A month or so ago, I was also buying myself 2 donuts which contributed to this big spare tire around my waist. Now I'm just buying for her. She is home-bound, so I enjoy doing this for her on the weekends.
