Hi Bl, I have been so crazy at work. I hardly have an extra minute. I am fighting with my boss all the time. She is not fair sometimes. I supervise 7 people and one temp. She always acting like my team is not doing enough. My production depends on everyone production. OH WELL. She has me so STRESSED. I cannot stay on the program. I have undone all my hard work.. I am expecting at least a 2 pound gain this week.. Have a great evening.....will be back tomorrow.

Good Morning!!
I had an ok day yesterday WW wise. I added 2 miles of walking in place. Was not feeling so well yesterday. I had the sniffles and a queasy stomach. Feeling a little better this AM. I need to do better with my water.

Claudette: So work has been stressful and causing havoc with your WW journey. Try your best to not let it totally derail you.

I only added 1 mile of exercise yesterday as was not feeling the best but managed basically the same steps with some errands last evening.

Good morning Kelly, hope you are feeling better soon. Claudette, sorry you are so stressed at work. I was a team lead when I worked, never wanted to be a supervisor for the reasons you are dealing with now. Hang in there. Mimi, there are certain foods I cannot have in the house. Hang in there. Nancy, did you get your walk in? WTG on a good day. Sorry for being MIA the past couple days. I had a facial yesterday. I went to the dermatologist to get a consultation on my brown spots. Way to much sun damage. I ended up treating myself to a package. At the end she gave me a mirror to look at my skin. Ugh I really hate looking at my fat face. I am so hard on myself. So why do I not do something on this weight Thanks for listening. Brenda

Claudette, sorry to hear work is so stressful, I don't why bosses have to be mean. Kelly, hope you are feeling better and get some time to rest this weekend. Brenda, sounds like a nice treat for yourself. Nice loss!! Mimi sorry for your small gain.
I was so hoping to have a better month with five weeks in this challenge. Just not happening. I hope I get the push I need when they roll out the new program tomorrow. Today I hope to do some Christmas shopping and maybe decorate a little.

Nancy, I need a push also and hoping to get it tomorrow with the new program too. Have you noticed a difference with your app? I have read where people have gotten the new program already, but I didn't.
Mimi, that's such a small gain. You'll get that off next week.
