jamescat1, That is wonderful! I always say, do what works for you! I agree, daily feedback is so important, that you can't get on WW. Happy you found what will make you most successful I find myself bouncing back between different versions of WW myself, just to shake things up luanne, are you currently on SP through online, and not attending meetings? Or are you working a previous plan, or another weight loss plan not WW related? Asking, because, if you are currently doing WW, I looked at the site on the computer, and I think for the phone app as well - they have made a lot of information available when the new plan rolls out - online - if you don't attend meetings. If not, yes, I'm sure a lot of us, myself included will give all the information we get to help you be informed

jeanie I will go to the free meeting for LT members next Thursday. They just make me a name tag and I do not have to show anything. Last year we got all the new info at that meeting. I would even pay a one meeting fee for it because I just like to be informed. WW is a habit.

I left Core when avocado had to be pointed! That was the *deal breaker* for me with SFT. Priorities! I was actually completely happy on P+, so it didn't matter to me. I started with, and loved, Points Plus. I have not been successful on Smart Points. I need more wiggle room for sweet treats and dining out (and I seldom dine out).

I know I'm beating a dead horse to further death, but what helped me on Points Plus was the food structure. Again, it was the GHG. I thought it provided balance and I can't seem to do the same thing on my own.
I'm a very visual person and need to see the items in front of my eyes (the check boxes).

I personally have always tracked all foods,( zero and non, core/sf and non ) whether it be in the actual tracker, or on paper. I certainly will be doing that for these 3 already paid WW months. I hope one day, yes, I know I'm dreaming, to be able to be mindful without having to write or track every morsel. I am hoping to better my skills with the new program

azcristi, Are you doing SmartPoints now? Have you tried a PointsPlus app? I love my Ultimate Food Value Diary app. It looks a lot like the old tracker and has the GHG's.

Thanks jeanie , - will do! ETA: Whoopsie, they disabled the function to change your weight day. Little sneaks! I did notice that the pages for account settings look different. I'll just have to wait for Dec. 9.

Not losing a whole lot on the scale, but my belly has shrunk by about 5-6" since October 2017.

Have you tried a PointsPlus app? Is that still available? I started in 2012 w/ PP and liked it. I liked the Power Foods list... I loved the little green triangles. I fell off WW a few years ago and couldn't get back on when it became SP. I'm back to it about 6-7 weeks and lost almost nothing, despite much increased activity. I may very well be out-eating my activity. I'm not going to jump ship, but I'm not sure it works the way it did. I'm not sure what to think.

Jainarayan, Yes, they have them. I use this one: www.ultimatevaluediary.com, and it's available for both Android and iPhone (and I have used it on both myself and it's great on both platforms). I think it costs $4 to download. I'm not losing the greatest right now, but that's my own head game, not the app or the program.

I usually don't stay for the meeting, but if I happen to weigh in the week the plan is rolled out I might. I do have access to the WWer website through free eTools. It just always seems that what meeting members with eTools got online was less information than online members got.

I agree, I was never able to figure out the plan from what was available online e-tools members. But it really looks like it's mostly just different DP target, the ability to carry over, and new 0 point foods. I set my computer date ahead and played with it a bit and I don't see anything else that is different.

Oh I'm sure you can figure out from the materials and wouldn't have to stay for the meeting. It's not like you're a newbie!
