Good morning all. DebDoesWW, oh no, sorry to hear about your car! Deep breaths! zazzles, love the picture of Missy! Back at work today and trying to catch up (while also doing a little online shopping...). It was 20 when I got up today and I had to bust out the serious winter coat. Hope you all have a good day!

Rene,- My very first journey into Bullet Journaling might just be a spiral notebook with pretty pens. I do like to write and colored pens and pencils. I might just scribble something but it won't look anything like what is on Pinterest that's is exactly what you need. It can be as involved as you want it to be. There are gals all over instagram that are making money with this, real pros. If you don't get involved with the hype it can be fun and liberating. In my midori (japanese travelers notebook) I have 3 inserts.... one is Flylady stuff, one is weight loss and one is a gratitude notebook...where I daily write a quick what I'm grateful for, or something I am feeling. Thanks for bringing this up, I am ready to go back to it...sets me up nicely for weekly planning

hpeterson1951 bullet journaling is just not my thing. I am too set in my ways neen glad you are beginning to feel better It’s another beautiful crisp day. I have my rescheduled Pilates class so I can walk this morning. Yesterday I had over 12,000 steps. Eliminated gluten and drank water and the scale rewarded me. I wrote a proposal for a non-profit to donate to senior shut ins and also dropped off blankets and sweatshirts to the agency that helps these seniors. They are all Medical recipients and have little discretionary income. I am not spending time on my memoir writing class which meets this afternoon.

Good morning all! I picked up my laptop this morning and feeling grateful because it's much easier for me to type on a computer instead of a phone! There was lots of discussion on the new GDT board about bullet journaling in the past few months. It looks inviting but I think most people get into it to buy things to make it look pretty with the fancy pens, markers, stickers, etc. but I bet many people don't stick with it. I have a desk calendar ( 8 1/2" by 11") where I list appointments for DH and me. Across the top I list things I need to do in the future months. That keeps me on track. I make "to do" lists when I have a lot of things pending. I do love scratching off the things as they get done. DebDoesWW so sorry about your car. I'll watch the news for "crazy woman" to see if there are updates! I went to the WW meeting today instead of tomorrow and the leader there had a teaser about next week's big meeting. The lady sitting next to me had also gone to the UK website and knew all about the changes. Evidently the group on Tuesday is more involved with WW websites because she said many at this meeting had talked about it. My WW group on Wednesday barely goes on-line so they don't know about the changes.

zazzles, Love the new avatar. linda72, At my meeting last Saturday no one mentioned the new plan. The leader (a substitute) didn't say anything either. My regular meeting is on Saturday but I am going to go on Sunday to get the new plan.

Home from my WI where I was down .6. I picked up fruit and some roses to remind myself I can and will do this because I’m worth it.
At my meeting my leader did mention next week’s meeting. Still smart points with a few changes. That was the extent of her info.

Quick wave!! I was up and out the door this AM to meet up with a Connect friend that lives *two towns over*....oh the traffic. Ayuh.
We're just home from acupuncture and discovered that Leia won #2 in the Halloween costume contest....and here we were, trying to be be graceful losers, LOL. Always good to stay humble and her blood pressure check was free!
No new tracking for me; just hopeful I don't have to reinvent the wheel on Sunday.
Hope the day finishes up great for you!

At my meeting Friday, at the end, the leader told everyone to "make sure and be here for exciting news" Haha. A lot of people really have no idea, you could tell by there face when they got excited for the meeting. I was thinking to myself, "ok, just a few more weeks to get the bling, just a few more weeks"
