I'm IN. I don't think I have checked in today yet lol. Just got home after a peri cleaning, WW meeting, and errands. Thyroid is back already. It's normal. Biopsy will probably be next week before I hear on that. Kids have a winter festival carnival at school today. 4 to 8. Going back to tracking after SF go for over a week. I will say, even though I was doing SF, I still doubted myself in portion control, so I measured and tracked after the day was done. I didn't overeat. I ate my dailies and weeklies like I always do, and I was up 5 pounds today. Yep. 5 big ones. I'm going to say that is medical issues related... No way could I have had a 5 pound gain in a week. But it is what it is. So back to tracking, and will probably only do dailies and no weeklies, to try and get that 5 back off. No one say water weight lolol....I am not a daily weigher, but this past week I did weigh every single day, and I watched the number creep up everyday. LOL Have a great rest of the day everyone! Happy December!!!

Very busy day today at work; this is what happens when you take a day off! Haircut, exercise, grocery shopping, and homework tomorrow. I think Sunday will be a big day for Christmas shopping!
Tonight we are going to the first of the holiday parties. I will have to choose wisely - 1# pound from goal!

zazzles,- Every time I see Missy I think I should be taking a nap too! She looks so comfy. Yep, that's why I just had to snap that picture. She sleeps like an angel.

Mike, didn't get a timeline yet. I figured it's never right anyway so why aggravate myself further. This contractor works alone & does it all-install cabinets, floor, backsplash, electric & plumbing, painting. It's a small kitchen and word is this guy is a little slow but reliable & a perfectionist & loves doing small kitchens. A lot of it depends on whether everything is ready to go. If you have to wait for something it will certainly hold things up. This is definitely a bad time of year to be doing this but you have to get these guys when they're available. My kitchen is in desperate need! That reminds me of when my mother had the "old" house's kitchen remodeled. It started shortly after Thanksgiving. Went on and on. I finally screwed the last faceplate on an electric outlet on July 4 the next year. Of course I should mention that my brother acted as general contractor—he was a bartender at the time—and all of the trades people he recruited were daily drinkers at the bar. 'Nuff said! The remodel of the kitchen in my grandmother's house, when my mother decided to move there, took many, many months. But what started as kitchen and bath remodel ended up virtually remodeling every room in the house to some extent or other. It was no problem since my parents hadn't yet taken up occupancy. And the house was wonderful after it was ready for them. I still regret that I had to sell that house after my mother died. If I could have, I would've kept it as a 2nd residence in San Francisco.

dina, you know I missed you! Don't think there are Sunday meetings but the leader on Saturday, Anita, is very dynamic and is the mother of Fred Durst from Limp Bizkit!

No worries and thank you lmenglish , There is a meeting place closer to me at Jax Beach that has 2 morning meeting times as well on Saturday. I will probably try both, Jax Beach and Town Center, and pick the one I like better. Although Jax Beach is closer, it's not a big deal or that far for me to go to the Town Center.

DIANE S., VALERIE S., ANITA D. - are at the beach - Diane S does the Sat morning meeting - the other meeting times are during the week in the am (can't do with work) or evening at 6 (don't like that at all) Jill does the WW at work - but I do not like the lunchtime meeting lmenglish,
