reneinitaly , That -is freaking fantastic woman!!! I am smoke free for over a few years, didn't keep track. Currently use e-cigs, and dropping the nictotine levels down every so often. I have gone from 24 mg to alternating between 6 and 3, with the complete discontinue occurring Feb 1. I should have weened myself to zero nicotine by then.

Best thing you can do for your health, reneinitaly, DH and I are ex-smokers and we figured the amount of money saved and it's unbelievable. Just don't ever think you can have 1 cigarette and test your resolve. You've come too far! Congrats! |

I quit in 1999, so 18 years for me. It was getting expensive then, and as cheap as I am I can't imagine anything that could induce me to spend that kind of money now. Of course, I'm talking about the cost of cigarettes in California where they have been taxed to death. I think the last I heard the tax per pack was at LEAST $5+.
