Nadine: So good to see you! Sounds like maybe you are getting some morning time now with Sidney? I hope that you all can share the responsibility so that you can have some time for yourself. I am always so impressed with how insightful you are as you think through what works for you. I know that there have been a few HSM episodes where people adjusted their expectations of themself (in terms of weight) and felt so much happier. Then, if it drops off slowly, that is a fine. If it doesn't but you are living the healthy life you want, so be it! It might be time to buy yourself a couple of pieces of clothing that feel good....what do you think? I love the Tuesday night sessions with Heather too. I don't know that I've heard the last few so you got me looking forward to that! I need to download them to my phone for listening in the car....
Shelly: So you must be on a well? Maybe you will all be pleasantly surprised and you will not lose power. This past super-windy storm, we only had one time that the electricity blinked and we lose power ALL of the time....kind of odd. I love Carole's idea of water in the bathtub for the toilets. Do you do that? I'm going to remember that one! I feel the same way as you---need to have water! I hope that this weekend is slower at the store so that you can catch your breath (but not too slow). Sorry for the blip on the scale. Maybe, if the store is slow, you can take some time to plan a couple of meals? That might feel like some moments of control (I know that it helps me).

Christine: I hope that your week has gone okay and that your knee is improving. I think that the girls go back next weekend? Not this weekend? I was thinking that it was on 1/23 but could be wrong.
Jenny: How did your week end up? More snow days?
Okay, time to sign off. Planning on roasted chicken and a broccoli salad for dinner tonight. DH is good at making the broccoli salad so I hope that I can talk him into that, LOL. Lots of loose ends to clean up for work today before I head down to Sac for my last meeting this week. My commute is usually about 20 minutes, but the Sacramento trips take about an hour. See you all later!

Hey all... back from the day... Dr. was running behind and it was a long day!! After we left there we did go out to lunch...4:00 PM! So no dinner for us!
Hit the grocery store for the things DD couldn't get at Aldi's... but home and feeling very tired!
As for the procedure... not the "best" news I could have heard - have some options to discuss with Dr. after the biopsy results are back... and I am not Under the Influence...LOL
NOTHING LIFE OR DEATH - no worries there... but just "options", as this is the third time they have found the same polyps in the same exact place and today they were more difficult to remove... anyway, not thinking about it until I have a consult with her to discuss further... but have to say it is freaking me out a bit...ANYWAY...
Lisa: no doubt Google Docs will be mastered!! :-)
Gabrielle: YIKES! 31 means ICY with all the rains you have had...
Sorry can't catch up now... going to chill in front of TV with DH and DD, she is playing "SULLY" for us on Amazon Prime (?) want to see it - hope to stay awake for it! LOL
Check in tomorrow, after picking up Zoë Marie ♥

Good evening everyone......today was steady but the ice hasn't hit yet. They are saying in the morning around 6 am and will go through Sunday. They are figuring 1.3" of ice. That will bring power lines down for sure. Will make sure I fill up the bath tubs and take my shower tonight before bed just in case it hits earlier. Need to get some laundry done too
Jo thanks for starting us off. Interesting about why the girl at work got fired. Wondering if the friendship wouldn't have taken a turn if they would've still fired her or would they just have let the things go "unnoticed" if they were still friends.
Oh your weather sounds nice. I'm surprised our weather isn't headed your direction. Will warm up in a few days. Hope the person in the accident is ok.
I agree WO tend to curb my appetite too. When I go at 12 or 12:30 I wait and usually eat a salad or some tuna afterwards. Glad you are getting time to get a walk in during the day.

Sue glad you made it to the pool last night. I only got one WO in this week. My trainer canceled the rest of the week and I couldn't find the time to get away to do something on my own. Was just to crazy so probably a good thing he canceled or I would've been the one canceling
Sorry you haven't slept good this week. So frustrating when your exhausted but can't sleep. I am sure the BTB WO probably did have something to do with the soreness.
Nadine glad Sidney gave you some time this morning. I was listening to the HSM podcast at one time and then just stopped finding time for it. I did enjoy them. Not sure why I can't find time for things I know I need to do.
Carole wishing our weather would've been that warm. Low 20's all day tomorrow and high 20's low 30's Sunday. Not happy. If I am ever able to get the French Door fridge I will have to have someone do some revamping of my cabinets but know it could be. I HATE my side by side. Don't think I will ever by one. This one came with the house so didn't have a choice. Thought I would've liked it better.
Wow your co-worker lost 11# after her procedure. Seems like a lot. I would never be so lucky and I'm like you would just be right back on. Oh the one and only time I had it done I didn't think I was ever going to get it all drank.
Ice amounts are looking pretty scary. They did get us hooked up to a generator today so if the power does go out we will be able to stay open and running. I am sure we probably will LOSE power 😢😬.
I am hoping my WI diss appointment had to do with sodium. I think it might've been at least part of it because I was down almost 2 today but didn't really eat yesterday either.
Oh I think I will be filling bathtubs up with water when I get done here. It's. Or like we haven't been warned for a week and then not have a backup plan. I have a case of bottled water too so I'm good there. Oh and prob 4-6 3 LT jugs too. we have a gas stove so I will be able to cook.

Lisa hope work wasn't to crazy I know you will be fine with google docs. Yes I am sure they will give you access soon to the documents. Hope you was able to make it to the gym this evening.
Carole So what did you decide for supper. Hope you are able to get your grocery shopping done.
Gabrielle hope your drive to work wasn't to slick. I'm afraid mine will not be good in the morning. Need to get an earlier start then I usually do or I will not get to work on time in the morning. Oh I hate this weather.
How did your meeting go with the teacher. Hope all went well and DS deals with whatever happens. Glad he's talking about using the gym. Hope he follows through with it. The banks and post office is closed Monday here. Most of the schools are open. I don't think there is any school here in NW OK that is out for MLK day.
The only time DH fills my gas tank is when we are traveling. Otherwise I get it myself.
Yes we live out on n the country so yes we have a well. No rural water out here. 😕 oh I am betting we lose power at some point tomorrow or tomorrow night. Once it starts it's suppose to be going on through Sunday afternoon. Hope they are wrong. Yes I will be filling the bathtub up for being able to flush the toilet. If power goes out I hope it's not to long because I hate to not get my shower.
Today wasn't to bad. I left about 5:40. Not near as crazy. Will take your advice and try to plan some meals if I have a chance. Hope your meeting went ok today. Hope your done with the Sacramento trips for awhile.

Carole sorry you didn't get done until 4 today. That is a long day. Hope your able to go to bed early tonight. Sorry the test didn't turn out as you had hoped. Keep us informed on what the doc says about your results. It's totally natural to be freaked out about the results. When I had my first endoscope they took a biopsy and I was freaked out about what they could've found. Enjoy "Sully" pretty good movie
Ok need to go switch out some laundry so out for tonight. Will try to check in tomorrow. Everyone that is dealing with the snow or ice please stay safe if you get out on the roads.
