Sue, I had never heard of a Maurice salad, so I had to Google it. A legendary Michigan salad! It sounds great. I hope the meds kick in soon.
Kathy, sorry to tempt you with Lucy. I had to tell my SIL about it, too, so I wasn't the only one with new Lucy wear. Glad you enjoyed your dinner with J, Brady and Dana and I hope that knee continues to do well.
Carolyn, my DB and SIL texted me more pictures of their snow covered paradise, the Corgi and an adorable selfie of themselves dressed like they were going skiing. I hope your furnace is a simple fix. I like it on the chill side but 61° is too chill.
I tried something new today. Green Giant's riced cauliflower. It has peas and carrots in it and I made the stir fry recipe in the back of the bag. It was great. Since I am still waiting for the recalled replacement blade for my Cuisinart food processor, I could not rice my own cauliflower and now that I have found this I might not do it any more.

thanks for the thumbs up on the riced cauliflower, Chele. I've seen that but I've been doing my own. Nice to know there is a quick and easy alternative!
G'nite all!

I agree, Chele, the only time I tried riced cauliflower, I wasn't bowled over, but I've been hearing about the Green Giant ones, and obviously, I need to get more creative with spices (unless I am emotionally unwilling to give up the carb factor, LOL.) But, will check next time I go to the store.
