Good morning. It is a balmy 10* here this early morning. Haven't seen the news yet, about all the icing going on in the center of the country, hope it is not too bad.
Marlene, I see you are done running to HD! (well, hopefully! ) I was reading up on some of the snowfall measurements out in Ca! OMG, don't know what we would do with those amounts, amazing. So much snow that the ski hills can't even open. How did the birthday/pizza party turn out?
Phyl, DH treated the driveway the next day, from all that ice. We don't want to take any risks walking on that. I was paranoid that day we got the salt...worried one of us would fall and break a hip!
Today looks like a house cleaning day. Will be watching the Seattle/Atlanta game later, rooting for Atlanta...can't stand Seattle.
Have a good day!

This computer is not working right - it can't be me.
It's a quiet day here - I'm not doing much of anything but there's plenty to be done. I know it won't go away but wait for me so I'm in no hurry.
We only had a little ice a couple mornings ago. Beautiful sunny afternoon now & 37 degrees. This next week is to be very nice - days & nights.
Our family gathering for DHs birthday was nice. The girls are most often late but last night DH & I were. No one said anything - maybe knew better than too. We were home early & in bed by our normal bedtime. We are not night people - but don't get up too early either.
Karen, it is amazing that the area DS is going to in CA has broken out of it's 5 year drought. That is a good thing but now it can quit raining/snowing. I heard the ski resorts have so much snow no one can get to them. Feast or famine. Have to differ with you again - GO SEAHAWKS!! Wilson is a former UW QB & when he's on he is good but his ankle/foot has been an issue this year. I was so happy for them the year they won the Super Bowl.
