OK, I just went in to enter some vouchers for free eTools. I was going to expire in 1/24. This was the first time using the new process since they changed it around about a month ago.
I entered the first voucher and got a renewal date through 3/24/2018. I saved a copy of that. Then I entered the next voucher. It gave me a receipt for the same ending date (3/24/2018). Also the reference number on the order confirmation is the same as the first one that I did. Yes, I am sure I didn't re-enter the same voucher.
Has anyone tried to enter multiple vouchers since the new process? Is it not possible to stack them now?

I just entered two vouchers on Saturday and didn't have any issues. I'm good out until 2023 now.

I enter mine monthly and (so far) haven't had a problem. It definitely still extended....I'm hanging with gadgetgirlil (hey!!) until 2023. Of course, having to remember how in the heck to enter it this month.... |

ksbruns - I had to use the Help feature of the website to get to the right link to enter them. The link off of the account settings told me I wasn't eligible to switch plans. The link that the Help feature provided was the older version (before they upgraded the website). It worked fine.

When it came time to enter my last voucher, I had to go to the chat thingy for directions on how to do it. This was the one time that the chat function was useful to me.

I brought home my voucher and could not enter it. I could not find a link via the help, either. I had to do a live chat, and the chat person had to put me through to a higher tech and he sent me a link to the page where we used to do it. |

I only enter one voucher at a time as well. It took me awhile to figure out how to enter it with the changes to the website, but I'm stubborn and just kept trying. What threw me was that since I had to enter, or verify, my billing, it looked like I might be charged. But I wasn't.

I think I ended up googling *enter Weight Watchers Lifetime e-tools voucher* and finally had success. gadgetgirlil, ladymajky, NatureLover; I never go down the CS rabbit hole unless I have to, but good to know it might be helpful. I have to do things a while before I remember, so I'm sure I'll be reinventing the wheel for a while. |

I found the link (yes it was weird how it looks like it is going to charage you) and did it. SO I didn't have trouble finding the right place. The problem was that I entered 2 vouchers in a row but it didn't give me credit for the second one and gave me the same confirmation number. I'm going to try to re-enter that one today and see if it gives credit. If so, maybe I just need to wait a day or so between doing them.

Recently I entered the voucher number, but it didn't update the expiration date. I ended up calling Customer Service. I was fearful about it after hearing all the horror tales on this message board. However, the person I talked to was able to enter the number for me and update the date. This turned out to be one issue that the CS person knew how to handle.

Kitty, I entered two on Christmas day and didn't have a problem. I used the same link you used.
