Hi everyone! Lots of action on here! I’m struggling big time right now, but recommitted. Gained 5 lbs on Freestyle because I don’t know what satisfied feels like. Oh well, back to PP with some daily Beck. First day on program. Wish me luck! And good luck to everyone on your journeys!

Good afternoon
irisinnia, hang in there. Going back to PP is probably a smart thing to do.
cj59, how did your challenges go?
starfish71, I hope you enjoy the at work meetings. I did that once. I am retired now and eat pretty much the same thing for breakfast and lunch. Dinner and evenings are my problem area. When I worked I had oatmeal often for breakfast and a salad for lunch.
lindyluck, WTG with the losses!!
I am keeping up with my daily step goal. Almost 2 weeks doing it. I am still trying to do honest tracking. I am a work in progress with that.

Hello Everyone starfish71 - I hope you like the at work meetings. I'm doing an older version of WW so I'm not sure some of the snacks I would pick would be point friendly for you. I'm retired too, but when I was working and dieting I used to always bring a yogurt for a mid-morning snack. I also always brought some fruit. Some vegetables with a point friendly dip might work for you too. Good luck. lindyluck - Congratulations on the weight loss. Sounds like you've worked out a good plan with your meals. Looser clothes is always a great feeling! irisinnia - Hope you like going back to PP. My feeling satisfied button is broken too and I know I would not do well on Freestyle, but I'm sure it works for a lot of people. We're lucky we can go back to the older programs on our own now - with all the apps, etc. sunrose - Congratulations on 2 weeks getting in your steps, I like challenging myself too. And working on tracking is always good. I did pretty well yesterday during the day avoiding temptations, but I overate some chips and candy yesterday. I'm struggling a bit more today. I had lunch out and did O.K. with my selection there, but the people I ate with cause me stress and I've ended up overeating this afternoon. I hope to get control of it and get right back on track.

Good morning
cj59, I use to take yogurt and fruit also for a mid morning snack. I forgot about that. Sorry the people you had lunch with stressed you out. My DSon bought some candy and I have been in it every day. Ugh!
I am a work in progress. Got a bunch of steps in yesterday. I will work on that today plus, water, v/f and tracking.

Hi sunrose - Glad to hear you got a bunch of steps in yesterday. Hope today goes well for you too. I hear you on the candy thing. I bought some candy at the store yesterday and I ate a bunch last night. So far I'm avoiding it today, but I know I can't have certain types in the house, I'll just eat all of it. I know I need to throw it out, but I can't bring myself to do it. I hope I'm able to portion it out, I really want to be good at that skill - especially with candy. I feel like I'm on the fence today, and can go either way - staying on track or overeating. I hope I can choose the staying on track option. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans

Good morning
cj59, I love the candy my son bought, but gee....they are the Hersey mini bars. I also love M&M's. Can't have those in the house. Hope you are able to stay on track yesterday. I still do good until the evenings. I am so close to breaking 200 it is driving me crazy. So why don't I do it.
Waving to all

Hi sunrose - Congratulations on getting down to breaking below a big number on the scale. I know you can do it!!! I wish I hadn't brought the candy in the house either, but I can't seem to make myself throw it out I did stay on track yesterday and I've done well so far today. I wrote out my food for the day this morning and also worked on tomorrow's foods. I need to do this more often so I don't eat impulsively and instead stick to a plan. I've been weighing every day and I hope eventually I can get used to all the fluctuations on the scale. It's crazy how our weight can go up and down so much on a daily basis. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans

Hi sunrose - Hope you have a nice time on your trip I'm doing pretty well today, fighting an urge to overeat though. I just need to get through today to end the week. I really want to try to stay on track better. Just have to keep working at it. Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans.

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Tuesday, I got a on the scale and was down 1 pound. It seems that my weight loss is slowing down and I am struggling with that. I normally don't do well with January and February in general. I always get down in the dumps. I even went shopping and was able to buy smaller size stuff, but that still didn't help. I am still tracking and following the program. Hopefully, I will get out of this mood soon. Hope everyone is doing well with their plans.

Hi leesa - Congratulations on buying smaller size clothes - that's a big victory I'm "in a mood" too, so I hope both of us can get through it and stay on track. I did stay on plan yesterday and have done well so far today. I weighed in today and overall I gained last week, but the week was up and down, so I'm not too upset. I'd just like to get back to the weight I felt comfortable at and with the buffer of several pounds below my goal weight. I worry about being so close to my goal weight because I know how easily I can put back on 10-20 pounds. It's really scary how fast the weight comes back on after all the hard work of taking it off I hope everyone else is doing well on their plans

cj59, Thank you for the support Well, after my boohoo post I decided to brave the scale this morning, and it finally move down for a 3 lb loss. I know part of it was being ill yesterday and not feeling well, but I am taking it. I am now down 50 lbs and half way to goal!! Fake until you make it is my new motto for this winter. Hope everyone is having a good OP day.

Ugh, I was so close to my first DP only day and... tripped at the finish line (and by finish line, I mean dinner). But, I have been consistently preplanning my day (even if I don't always stick to it) and tracking whatever happens, so I am relearning what works. Tomorrow will be even better than today and I'm crossing my fingers that I can stay in those dailies! leesa, Great job taking those victories and sticking with it even when you feel a bit down! Half way to goal is a huge deal! Congratulations! cj59, I'm curious, what do you consider "on plan"? I feel like I'm "on plan" if my weeklies don't run out but that might be a bit loosey goosey. And I know for some people it's within their dailies or dailies plus 1/7 of the weeklies, so I just wanted to ask someone who maintains. May you all rock your plan like it's your rockstar lifestyle!

leesa - Congratulations on the loss And losing 50 pounds and being half way to goal is a big achievement! irisinnia - Good for you on preplanning. I find I'm most successful when I do that, and I need to do it more often. For me being on plan is staying within my daily points, weekly points and activity (Fit) points for the week - and not overeating. I was consistently good at doing this for almost 2 years, but since I made it to my goal weight I've struggled with days and sometimes weeks of overeating. It was easier losing the weight than it's been keeping it off for me. Hope everyone has a great day!

cj59, That is great to know! I've heard from a few other people that maintaining is sometimes harder than losing. It's amazing that you're so active on the boards and sticking with it. I just had my first daily point only day yesterday! Just that one day and I feel like I'm back in control!
