How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

46 minute walk yesterday - shoes still feel marvelous and so did the walk in the sunshine

Walked slower in snow . About 80' yesterday for 3 miles. Rode around block with snow tires but gave up as too risky. Hoping melt tonight into tomorrow? Probably at least some minor flooding but we are on top of small hill.

Walked up and down every aisle in BJ's. Then walked all the aisles in the supermarket. Then I got my cart and did all the aisles again while I did my food shopping. Finished up the last 1000 steps watching tv Ended up with 106 active minutes.
