56 oz fat free chicken broth 2 cans condensed rf cream of chicken soup, undiluted 4 cups chipped cooked chicken 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/2 tsp. Pepper 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry 4 oz uncooked wide or dumpling egg noodles
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large stock pot, bring to a boil. Stir in spinach and noodles, cook 5-7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Makes 12 one cup servings. Freezes well
