How was your weekly about activity? The weekly this week is called your toolkit. I did get the toolkit booklet and that was the main meeting discussion. But they also handed out a fitness booklet. Ahhhh all makes sense now.:-)

luanne , Back before I had my Fitbit and was doing exercise recording manually I always counted everything as low intensity. I figured that was safe. That's a good idea. The reason I mentioned the sweating was because it was part of the descriptor on the app. Seems like my lungs are in better condition than my legs because I feel muscle fatigue before I get out of breath. Maybe as I continue exercising, that situation will change. I can hope.

Kitty , tell me more about the FP baseline. I have gone over the weeklies but never see anything come out of the FP. Is the baseline your weekly FP goal? What zazzles, said. Usually the first 3 FitPoints that you earn are shown as earned FP on the activity page but are not available to be swapped for food. It isn't 3 FP for everyone. I have seen it for me be between the first 2 to the first 4 depending on my weight.

For me it is the 1st 5 Fitpoints that can't be swapped for food. And currently it seems as if it goes across the week. I've had weeks where I only earn 3 on day 1, earn 7 on day 2, and 2 of the 7 from day 2 go towards day 1, netting me no Fitpoints to swap. As I recall, when the baseline was introduced we were told that it was between 3 and 5 depending on stats. And it used to be shown right on the activity screen...but it isn't any more.

Some weeks it's mandatory for me to dig into my fit points. Other weeks I'm good to go with watching them add up! Let the scale and your hunger be your guide. That's the best advice I can offer

zazzles, I have found that the FP required for my baseline vary with my weight. At one weight I only needed 2 and at another I needed 4. MOst of the time I need 3
