Hi sunrose - I'm glad to hear you had a great time with your family I did a weigh-in today and lost weight, so I'm back below my goal weight but not as far below it as a I want to be to feel safe. I'd like to lose another 5 pounds to feel comfortable since I can have some really large weight swings up and down. Hopefully I can stay strong through the next month and still be below my goal weight on April 1st. I made some of the Two Ingredient Dough Bagels today and they are good. I was able to get 3 bagels out of 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of the greek non-fat yogurt (I use Fage). I left one bagel plain, the second one I added 1 TB of shredded cheddar cheese to the dough, the third one I added cinnamon and a few tsps of raisins to it. They were all great. I've seen a few other ideas for this dough - like Garlic Cheese Sticks, Calzones and Cheese Balls (using Laughing Cow cheese). I'm going to try some of these soon. Hope everyone is doing well on their plans

Hi everyone! sunrose49, Good to see you! Glad you had a good weekend! cj59, Congratulations on being back below goal! It's great that your hard work is showing up at the scale! That dough sounds interesting, but I can't take the plunge. Glad you liked it. I'm not doing so great. I had a medical issue this weekend (nothing life-threatening or weight related so no worries) but it does mean no PiYo! I'm so sad, I had momentum going! Just tell me that I won't flake on myself when I finally feel up to it, because that's what I'm afraid of. And I did a little bit of babying myself with food today, but it wasn't too bad. So I'm going to have to think real hard about how I'm not going to let this throw me off track, because, normally, I would probably let it, but I don't want to this time. New month is coming up!

cj59, WTG getting below goal! So happy for you. Now you have all of March to keep it going.
irisinnia, sorry you are not doing so great. We are here for you. Don't let it throw you off track.

Met step goal yesterday. The sun is out this morning so I will get out for my walks. Need to regroup and stop eating so bad.

Hello Everyone irisinnia - I hope your medical issue will get resolved soon. Hopefully you can find another way to be active until you can get back to PiYo. Hang in there and remember all the success and progress you've made for yourself I understand about not making that dough, I couldn't have done it while I was still trying to lose, it would have set me up to get way off track. sunrose - I'm glad you met your step goal and hope you can stop the bad eating. It's a struggle for all of us. I'm hanging in there. I really feel like I could overeat today, but I'm holding onto sticking to my plan. As well as weekly weigh-ins, I always do a monthly weigh-in so I'm trying to remind myself that I have a weigh-in on Thursday and I want to have lost of few pounds this month. It's so easy to sabotage ourselves, isn't it? I'm wishing strength to stay on track for all of us!

sunrose49, Thank you! Great job on your step goal! Enjoy the sun! cj59, Thank you! I will find other ways to be active. I can still walk, so that's something. It is too easy to sabotage ourselves!! I feel like I could overeat every day, how do you stick to your plan despite hunger and cravings? I am doing pretty good today and even though I didn't pre-track yesterday, my post track was really good! So I stayed in my daily + 6 on PP for two days in a row but that scale is giving me grief. I think it's the exercise. It freaked out and is holding onto the weight (and the water, I can't believe how much water I drank yesterday). I really need to stop the daily weighing and wait for Monday. Good luck everyone! See you in the March thread!

irisinnia - I'm glad you are doing well today and staying on track. I'm glad you're doing well with your water, it's been important for my success.
It's so frustrating when we don't see results on the scale even though we are working hard. That's something I really have to work hard not to let it derail me. I've been trying the daily weighing, but I do stop it when it's starting to affect my eating.
One of the ways I stay on plan when I have hunger is to get in lots of fluids. I drink 2 cups of tea a day and about 10 cups of water most days. I also like to have 2 cups of my water with a stir-in like Diet Snapple Lemon or Peach Tea - those are like treats for me.
Another thing I do is spilt up my lunch into two parts some days and eat them several hours apart. Fortunately I'm home all day so I can eat when I want and it has helped me to spread out smaller meals throughout the afternoon - which can be one of my times I want to overeat.
I also set myself a "rule" that I can't eat after 7:30 P.M. at night and usually brush my teeth at that time so that I won't go in the kitchen and keep eating.
I'm hanging in there today and I'll weigh-in tomorrow. I've lost a few pounds this month, so I'm happy about that. I really want to lose about 3 more pounds to get back to a weight that I feel gives me enough of a buffer below my goal weight to feel safe. I can't believe how easy it was for me to gain weight back over December. If I'd kept eating they way I did then I'd probably have gained 20 pounds or more by now
Hope everyone else is doing well on their plans
