How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Tuesday I walked 46+ minutes...the plus was luring our outdoor cat back to the house to eat...it was not intense but did take time...did not count those minutes Today is lunch with friends. I might walk since I was up so early (5:30) or not...time will tell.

Zumba, walked the supermarket and played darts. Ended with just under 13k steps.

Nice Cathy. Finally our weather has changed. Our piles of snow are melting fast and it is over 51 deg (11°C +)right now . Wow. Walked 1 mile carefully in all the slippery frozen snow and ice yesterday in about 25-30 minutes. Drove to gym and rode stationary spinning bike for 32". It is melting fast but only short walk this morning with the packed down snow/ice in places along with the slush. We got our first garbage trucks in a week today. YEAH!
