How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Since I was up early I snuck in a walk before meeting friends. It was only 22 minutes but better than nothing.
Cindy: 13 thousand steps is a LOT - good job!
Bob: Is there flooding in Portland due to the snow melting?

Yup some of the usual small stream flooding like Fanno Creek, Rock Creek by golf course flowing over Rock Creek Blvd kinda near where I live. We are atop a small "hill" and its mostly must low spots. Rain was warm but more like 1 inch and not more as some predicted. Some landslides in West Hills like Burnside and Newberry. I stopped and cleaned a drain.
Rode a cautious 45'. Walked 40' early.

Yesterday was weightlifting class. I walked for about 1/2 hour while DS was at his appointment. Only had about 1200 steps to finish after dinner.
