Today is here, awaiting us to give it purpose and meaning. What will your day be?
What are you willing to do today to become healthier, lose weight, or maintain your weight loss. How will you accomplish it?
Tracking? If not, what is your recovery plan?

Good morning friends. I'm up early again, but feeling well rested. I slept pretty much all day long yesterday. Up just long enough to EAT LOL. My journal looked pretty good considering.
Today I plan on turning things around...mainly get into bed at a reasonable hour and baby steps back to being more active during the day so that my sleep will be better.
I'll be going to Weight Watchers today and then we'll do our usual jaunts. Once I post, I'll sit and fill out my journal. I do take a somewhat 'free day' today however I know that the more I eat, the more I'll have to work to get those treats off LOL.
Naomi, I also have the fiber ware air fryer and we love it. Ours was a Wally World special as well. what have you made in it? The air fries come out really good. I just spray them, season them and let them cook away. I like it as the clean up is also a breeze!

Ann-- great that you have been able to rest well this week. Would be relatively easy to get into a different sleep cycle-- so good catch. Ha ha ha-- your day for some indulgences makes this a lifestyle. And it obviously works! Like our Bee j says, no size fits all.

Ann yes the French fries are soooo good I feel like I'm cheating...I made shrimp in it also...I do know you need to keep a eye on it as it cooks FAST. My sister in law said wings are awesome ,she said they come out just like the wings at restaurants. ( deep fried ) And then when they are done she puts the hot sauce on . Good luck at WW today. I'm glad you got some needed rest...

Well I forgot to tell you all about my eyebrows that I had got done before. (micro blading ) I thought I will go and get them waxed around my eyebrows .Well she took some of my eyebrows off. So yesterday they had to do mine over....I was so jacked . Well I'm never to old to learn. I will never get mine waxed again....oh and they didn't charge me for them . That was a good thing. Where I got them waxed is the same place that they do this....
How : keep tracking , mindful of portions and my selection of food...

Naomi I'll have to try the wings. I did chicken pieces and those came out to DIE for. I love the hot sauce. DH not so much LOL.
I've never had my eyebrows done. Sorry about the waxing fiasco but nice they didn't charge you.
Yes I agree with Bee...no size fits all. After all, ya gotta have those treats once in awhile, eh?
My wii is lookin' good this a.m. It smiled up at me. Hopefully the WW'er TB will do the same.

Today: Building on my goal of getting back to me.. Have been setting small, reasonable goals base on what I can do now w/ anticipation of resuming my long, outdoor walks in the spring.
How: I like to see tangible results. Yesterday I Used my iPhone to track my steps once I arrived at work. Was pleased w/ the results. Taking the stairs, working at work, cleaning when I came home, and a little shopping totaled closer to 10,000 steps than I would have guessed. Made me happy, because I have been telling myself that light housework for an extensive period in the afternoon counts for "something." Will also look up the FPs for another measure of success.

June I LOVE the small reasonable goals! Baby steps keep me from getting too overwhelmed. When that happens I tend to slide big time! Yeah on your steps. That's great!
This site is acting up for me again. GRRRR dontcha hate when that happens? Hope this goes through.

Naomi-- how upsetting... glad that you were able to get the business to take steps to make you more satisfied. Glad that you found an affordable gadget to make food that you love.
I have been known to hit the send button twice too! Sometimes it is because my WIFI is slower and the first post didn't appear as soon as I thought it should. The settings icon, looks like a gear or wheel, located to the far right of the quote icon, will let you delete it if you like. Tap the settings icon, a drop down menu will appear. Tap delete post. Follow the next prompts.

Yes it was really upsetting about my brows. And the kicker is I can't sweat or have strenuous exercise ...And back not being able to get them wet for 2 weeks. That's hard cause of showering but now I will have to take baths..
I'm on my bike and tomorrow I will try my treadmill and do it slowly..

Naomi, <PHOOEY> on the eyebrow waxing experience.
Me? I woke up with a nasty headache, after a night of odd - not bad, just odd - dreams. So I've taken my headache tabs and I'm having a mug of coffee while I prep my bkfst.
WHAT: I'm still working my own baby steps to lift my mood. DaBoyz were here last night, and their hugs and general nonsense helped.
HOW: The sun is supposed to make an appearance today, before clouds & rain move in again. I WILL find time to at least SIT in a sunbeam.

Naomi, how annoying! June, your small steps are great.
Yesterday I made a mistake: postponing breakfast and lunch too long, with unfortunate eating results though I'm still pretty good on WP. Today I've eaten and tracked my usual breakfast, so that's a good start. Plan: start exercising early by walking with the kids to before-school day care.
I've got to write up my talk today!

MJ hope your headache relieves soon. I hate when I have strange dreams. Lately I wake up from them, but don't remember what they were.
Good to know how to delete a post. I'm not up on those things either LOL.

I'm just waiting for Carl and Luigi to get back from their 'walk' so we can leave for WW'ers. My wii shows a small loss, but we'll see! It is what it is LOL.

KOKO. Planned, tracked, finishing breakfast and lunch is packed. This morning was more pilates than yoga and it will definitely be walking weather today. Yesterday was so miserably wet and foggy that I didn't walk. I will walk in -5 or 95 but not when wet!

Ann, IMO somewhere it is written, that in special times of stress as you are going through --- an extra snack is needed. I cannot say I know what you are going through as I have never stood there, with the waterfall of 'what ifs' that must bombard you each day.
June, I do the same thing. I are slowly becoming more and more impatient. Knowing you and getting back to you without any costumes of stress laid on you --- is a good thing.
Naomi, I may have to check out this miracle Air Fryer next time I go to town. LOL I need to get my eyebrows dyed. I have one that is real dark, and one overridden with white. So, I have taken to wearing my hair Veronica Lake style on that side --- until I get it done. Good or not at this stuff, you are continuing to learn. As to micro blading the eyebrows, I had never heard of that. I lead a very protected life. LOL
MJ, hope your headache is better soon. We have rain --- a great big blob moving in this morning --- and will rain all day. I will make lentil soup with roasted rutabagas and spinach and onion. Enjoy your day.
Tam, some days I wait too long to eat also --- and like you pay the price. Hope the writing of your talk goes smooth. What are you speaking on? If you told, I missed it.
How - be AWARE to drink more water than yesterday. Plan, track and execute a good OP day.
Between yesterday and this morning, I have now sent 14 cards. I just love sending cards. I guess it is an addiction.
