Fall is here!! We have 23 days to New Years day. Three weeks is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Hello! Well, I didn't go to the gym yesterday but after my PT appointment I did do 30 minutes on the glider. Yesterday's reduced rations (as my dad used to say!) paid off -the 2 pounds I gained at Tuesday's pigout is off again.

Debbie thanks for the start and WTG with the loss!! Debbie I accept your challenge. I know I am so close I can feel it. I never thought weighing 199.9 would be exciting...lol
I didn't exercise yesterday. I am headed to the TM after I finish here. Very cold and windy today.

Hi Brenda! We've got the bitter cold and high winds up here too! Just north of Syracuse they're having a blizzard! Around 8:00am it snowed hard for about half an hour and dropped an inch or so of snow before dropping further south where it's probably dumping on my home. It's going to be a rough day in Syracuse and especially north of Syracuse.
Brenda, I hear you! I'm all excited 'cuz I think I'll be in the high 170s by New Year's! Eeee-yea! Boy, have my standards dropped, lol! I already know my New year's goal for 2017 -to lose 50-60 pounds and keep it off! My work is cut out for me, yikes!
Hope you had a good TM workout! I'll be heading to the chiropractor around noon then will stop at Planet Fitness on way home for weights and the exercise bike. I got into work extra early this morning so I could go home at noon. The chiropractor is about 2 miles from my house with Planet Fitness in between, so NO EXCUSES!!
