Howdy My Friends, Well guess what I'm eating. I know I'm a sweet eater ...I bought Pillsbury sugar free chocolate icing. 2 Tablespoons 2 points. Oh yes I'm happy.
LaDoona. We will be just fine. I'm sure we are to bullheaded to get down. Hehe. Wow on all the cloths out of your closets....I hope your not like me I took 3 garbage bags to goodwill. I had a lot of room in my closet but I love shopping now and now I'm full again.... when I was heavy it didn't matter what I tried on at the store I never liked it cause I didn't like myself being that big...But you know some people really can pull off being heavy.
Susi Thanks for the heads up about the dressing.Hey if you have time could You come and clean mine....hehe. I do clean mine once a week. I also love a clean house..
June it sounds like you won the food war....Sometimes when after I would go to bed I would think I'm hungry so I would chew a piece of gum. And really that was enough. Just not chewing gum till I see if that will make my jaw worse......
MJ I wish my Wegmans was close but it is over 1 hour away. It was funny today after WW meeting . I went to Walmart right beside it and so many came over and wanted to know about certain foods . It made me feel good cause they hear me speak A LOT at our WW meeting...mostly cause I try all new stuff you know anything Easy Peasy .
Ann I'm glad it is nice out ..Here also. Having a grand ole day...
I have my 2 Lil Grandsons. I got some love in from them. I love when they run to me and hug me...Nothing better than feeling loved

LOL Susi when we lived in Worcester we were the same way. Here in our mobile home where we no longer have a cellar things are WAY different. I have things in my closet that really don't belong there LOL, but whatever. You adapt and adjust LOL.
Well, we went to WallyWorld and Hannaford's just to pick up a few things. $150.00 later we are home. Geeze, it doesn't take much these days, does it?
Time for me to unplug and relax.
Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their Saturday!

Susi-- ha ha ha. I didn't realize that I wasn't logged in, and hope that GEminigrlme would work. Couldn't retype & make my meeting. Wow- you are a cleaning machine. feels good doesn't it to see those kind of results. Your laundry rooms says -- I love my fur babies! Know that you'll whip up some great food.
yeah, it's been one of those years, especially in November. At least the classroom situation has improved & I have made my peace w/ the in-law "stuff." Working on accepting that my foot/leg is taking longer and will consider a second opinion if not satisfied w/ my next appointment. I am being active as best that I can & that helps. Just having those two less stressors & coming to that medical decision has given me enough energy to "do" me. Yes, I would love those 10,000 steps to be exercise steps, but they are my "exercise steps" now. Picking up sticks today added a little more of a work. Doing so in the sunshine wearing a long tee & flannel shirt in January in NE Ohio is an absolute gift. Both the fresh air & sun-- thank you-- and pokey walking is better than sitting.

Naomi & Ann -- volume eaters unite! Even when I did WW for the first time and wore a size 4, I ate two dinners at the Chinese restaurant- one regular $ all steamed vegetable. Luckily, I don't like it all! Have mercy, if I did. But I apparently liked enough of things. WWW zero point vegetables and fruits keep me happy most times.
Naomi- ha ha ha you must have sent me a vibe, b/c I just bought some gum for the same reason. Am not a gum chewer in general. Looked at some Yogi teas, I may go that route. But I intend to train myself!
Got to check on DH & parents. Keep my Mom in your prays, She fell , hit her head, and is on her way to ER. heading there now.

Ann, thanks for the book/author recs! I'll look for some of these. I use the library kindle option also or either just go to the library. Sometimes I just love to go in and browse and smell the books. Don't worry about the gain, that'll be gone in no time:)
MJ, I agree with Susi about God's plan. I am sure something will come along for your son and may even be better.
June, I bought one shirt and paid less than $10. for it. The clearance was marked down and then you took 50% off of the markdown and then another 10% They had so many things. I mainly just rode with my friend and I was interested in going to Sam's more so than Belk. I have a decent amt of clothes to wear and I don't want to buy too much since I want to lose more. But it does feel so good to shop in the regular section and not the plus size clothing!

Naomi, yes, I had about 60 or so shirts and around 20 pair of pants. It was hard to let them go...dear Lord I better not gain this weight back!
June, just saw where your Mom fell...sure hope she is ok!
Susi, your new pic is beautiful!

Where o where did my post go? It was so long too and I forgot to double click. June, I love Ann's reference to the cheese cutting ceremony you avoided. That is why I will not buy halloumi after buying it once? Temptation is too great. We have a lot of cheese in the refrigerator but those 2 pt light mozarella sticks are perfect to avoid the temptations of higher fat products. I thought an imposter June had hijacked your name till I saw she had the same job. Ann, enjoy the game with your neighbors tomorrow. I'll be watching too. I hope all of you with WW meetings today had good weigh ins. MJ, I hope your son will find a new job soon. Mine also does very specialized computer work. DD was in charge of the hospital health plan until her boss decided to bring in a friend from his former company who knew nothing about it. Mind you DD wrote the plan, applied for the Knox Keene licensing (the first to do this in the state) and knows it completely. So at least she had her private clients but that was half her salary. This was a year ago. Last week she was called by someone in a town an hour away offering her a job to administer their plan. She can work remotely most of the time and already drives there once a month. Hoping for the best for your son. La Donna, it is so good to start a new year with some organization. Hope you had a great shopping trip. Naomi, you and Trigger must be true partners to both have infections. I hope those drugs kick in for each of you. Susi, you were working hard this morning to enjoy the pampering this afternoon. I love your new photo so the pampering was excellent. We stocked up on paper products at Costco yesterday. Thank heavens we have a little storage room attached to the garage for all the extras.

We did our grocery shopping and I made huge black bean tacos for lunch. I used 6 inch tacos but filled them with lots of 0 point vegetables and low pt toppings like nf sour cream and 0 pt salsa. Then I watched UCLA lose to Arizona in basketball, a good but sad game. Decided not to do errands but stay home and relax. Dinner is grilled chicken cilantro lime sausage with red and green peppers, a good kale salad and a glass of wine. My friend last night has the same bladder issue I have and we both started the same medicine so today I bought each of us a sampler box of Stash herbal tea. I will drop hers off tomorrow with a Valentine's card. See you tomorrow unless I start the thread tonight.

OMG so many posts since I was last here. Yup add me to the VEC (volume eaters club). You can not believe the amount of veggies that I cram into a Joseph's lavash bread LOL. I get the 'eye roll' from Carl. And when I make my veggie soup I take a HUGE bowl of it. I swear I'm always hungry! I think I was born that way.
(((June))) I surely hope your mom is alright. You have so much on your plate right now. Keeping you in my prayers.
I do light candles anyone that needs them...little tea lights and I say a prayer each morning. You are all remembered and I say a special prayer for those that are going through something other than the norm...Naomi, MJ, Audrey come to mind. You gals are all so special to me!
LaDonna yippee on your wonderful sale! I just LOVE a bargain! I wish we still had a Sam's Club here. All we have are BJ's in my neck of the woods. I found Sam's to be a bit cheaper. Oh well.......
Audrey how sweet of you to give your friend herbal tea for Valentine's Day. I love the herbal teas myself. LOL we'll add you to the Volume Eaters Club!!!!!
Susi, I just LOVE you with the shades! Rock on, GF. They look great on you.
Well girls, time for me to unplug and relax a bit with my book before bed. I'm tired for some reason. I think the fresh air got to me. Not used to having temps in the high 50's with no wind and plenty of sunshine!
Sleep well!
