How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Rainy today - not sure I will get to walk.

Ended up with 22 active minutes. Took 4 in house walk breaks. Some walking laps, some stepping in place. Walked down main street and back while waiting for our table at the restaurant. Today will be a breeze! Getting ready to head out to a 2 hour class at the gym.

Rode 50' r.t. to gym yesterday (yeah on clear roads). 30 ' weights. walk 60' early.
