This thread was started before the dawn of time by Amazons who needed to compare their stats with other Amazons. Over time it grew into a community of incredible women who try to keep their spirits in the clouds and their feet on the ground, moving toward health. Most of us start at 5'7 and go up from there, from young singles to wise and lively elders of the tribe. We welcome newcomers who are willing to be kind and share a bit of their lives.

I am completely lacking in inspiration for titles. But here I am. I'm trying to focus on the plan again this week, and need this space as a touch point for responsible self-care.
Martha, I was inspired by your mention of soup to make the same yesterday. I did a veggie soup with Italian chicken sausage and white beans, very robust and warming.
I watched a Cooking Light video about making a quiche on a sweet potato crust. It looks pretty and contains tasty things. I may give it a try this week.
The weather should be good for a walk today. I got to the scale, and it was not a gain, but I'm still in the Zone of Discomfiture.
Off and stumbling.

I am so glad for the core that keeps this thread going as?a lighthouse to lost souls?and friendly gatherers. Thanks To.
I am so tired as I head to bed, but didn't want discouragement at sparse numbers. So I add my strength. I'll be here tomorrow....if someone starts it. Like Melinda I can't do it with my phone.

Just home...exhausted, but feeling much more optimistic and empowered after a day with my "other daughter". She's pretty amazing. See y'all tomorrow.
