Interesting exxperience with breakfast...I made a slice of cheese toast and a banana, I sat down and was eating and then time got away and we were running out the door. I didn't finish my toast, but most of all, didn't gobble it down. In fact, forgot I hadn't finished eating it. Guess I was satisfied! lol
Did you get in your fruit and veggies?
I have been focusing on getting in more veggies. Delicious grilled asparagus and squash helped me up my intake. I did get in my fruit and veggie servings. In fact, more veggies than fruit today! Yay!

Continuing the mindful eating emphasis, how was Saturday? Okay. Someone grilled me some mahi-mahi for lunch, served with a small salad of shredded lettuce with a very light and delicious dressing.
Did you get in your fruit and veggies? I'm not sure I hit the magic "5" number... Nope (I just counted...)

Continuing the mindful eating emphasis, how was Saturday? Journal filled in on MFP Was just under calorie goal Did not exercise (rainy and cold) but will today I did think about what to eat and recorded it before I ate it
Did you get in your fruit and veggies? I did indeed Had to think about it but I did AND I have plenty of veggies to choose from for the next few meals

Continuing the mindful eating emphasis, how was Saturday? Fairly good since we were traveling. I did journal in MFP and I made the best choices I could.
Did you get in your fruit and veggies? I did get my veggies in but no the fruits. I will get both in today.
Good to be home from the whirlwind trip to Eastern Ky for a funeral and visitation. I am taking today off from church to rest up. Our grandson is still with us will be going home this afternoon.

Did well. Weekends most often allow time for mindfulness.
Fruits and veggies - almost, had four. Banana, vegetable based soup, mini tomatoes, fresh leafy greens on sandwich and as side (only counting as one serving).

Did you get in your fruit and veggies? If I journaled right I came up short with one fruit/veggie.

1. I did really well on Saturday until night. As I so often do, I ate dinner too fast (was really hungry by the time we sat down to eat) then late into the evening, I allowed myself to have one small piece of chocolate, ( big mistake) That one piece led to me cramming several bites into my mouth!! I keep very few sweets in the house for this very reason. I am a sick old woman! I did get in my fruits veggies, I almost always do.

Did you get in your fruit and veggies? I think I had 4-5. Had a huge salad with carrots, cucumbers, etc. Banana and apple and some spinach come to mind. Of course if I was tracking it would be easy to tell.
