Good evening!
Thanks for your concern about my MIL- we spent a lot of time with her today- and while she is not doing well, today was a good day. She did eat- but has lost a lot of weight. IMO- she might have rallied today- but might slip back- who knows. Because (unfortunately) I have recent experience with wills and estate probate, I got a bit more involved today than I wanted to- but that is all straightened out. As this is not my mother, I can only act as a bystander, but saw some legal issues brewing because of how my MIL's will is written. (My mom made the same mistake, which fortunately for me, was straightened out before she passed).
I have gotten a bit of crochetting done, all last night. As I am tired, I will be brief. Meg- so glad your visit with Janet was good!
Phy- why not join the 25 block club! It sounds like fun, there would be the pressure of seeing what others do to inspire you onward.....and well, new projects are fun! I get it you have so many other projects....still it sounds like fun.
CJ- we do get activity points for waking around AC Moore! Yay!
Ruth, glad you straightened out the shawl. You have the patience to do that.....I would have given up!
Hope we hear from Gail soon
Off to do some hooking! (Please do not mind my humor) Ginny

I'm glad to hear your mil had a fairly good day. I do hope you get some rest since...blahh... a new week starts tomorrow. Also I don't even have a will. My ddil's mother didn't have one either and I think that all went ok. What are the risks? Sometime when you have a few minutes could you send me hints in email. I think you have my email address but it's grandkidsrus@live.com in case it's not handy. I really need to get an attorney for a will I guess but I don't know any. I guess I could call around. My "estate" is not anything to really jump and holler about and I have only the two children so I would think that everything would be evenly divided.

Oh my goodness Phyl, I'm sorry for all the losses you've experienced recently. Back in late 06 and early 07 we had many deaths amoung our family members and friends. We've lost a few since too. I don't know how old you are but at our age it just seems like we are constantly hearing of the death of someone. Just yesterday a friend on another thread lost her husband.A couple months ago another friend's husband died.In recent years I lost two sisters in law and they were each only 50. One from a horrible complication while having a heart cath and the other from COPD.Three years ago my oldest brother died of a sudden massive heart attack. He was younger than me and had no history of heart problems. I know that many of them are in a good place now but some are not probably. We all need to make sure of our ultimate destiny before it's too late.

OH I actually came in to say that I looked at the bread video's. They're really nice ones. So I did find that I don't have all kinds of flour after all. I don't have bread flour. I guess it makes a difference because I think bread flour has more gluten. I liked the one with the first loaf of rye that was made in a clay baker. Unfortunately I don't have one of those either. It looks so good. I wonder if you can make it without that baker. I did like the ohter one too but the first looks more like real rye bread.

Ginny, I'm not patient at all but I am stubborn. I never like anything to get the best of me.
