I just received an email from WW, asking me to participate in a survey. It took about 5 minutes to complete and most of the questions were related to attending meetings. What do I like/not like about meetings. Do I think WW is a good value?
Did you get an email also?

Unfortunately, I did not get an email about meetings. They probably do not want to read my opinion about the meetings. A few weeks ago I got one regarding watching Oprah on Connect. When I tried to go in to take the survey, I got an error message.

I was surprised this email came to the correct address so they do have it right somewhere. But, I continue to get emails every day to an old account that usually is an ad to buy something from the WW Shop. I treat that one as a spam folder!

I'll check tonight. It would be an interesting survey to see the results on.

I received a survey that took 30 minutes to complete. It was too long and was aimed more about what I thought of Oprah's role in WW and whether her participation encouraged me to join. When there was an opportunity to write a comment I said the survey was not aimed at me.

I'm a LT member and never get surveys, probably because they don't view me as a money maker (although I pay for mtgs. since I'm over goal ), plus I'm old and not their target demographic. I subscribed to e-tools for a long time so I know they have my email address.

squid Your description of yourself fits me perfectly. That's why I was surprised to see the survey. Of course, we'll never get the results to know what others thought too.

No survey. I used to get emails but not recently. I also stopped getting messages in Journey. Lifetime, free eTools, older member, not in their demographic cohort anymore.

Baby Boomers are still the largest age cohort in the US, yet marketers (not just WW) ignore us. I'm signed up with a market research co. here in Nashville to participate in focus groups. I don't qualify for most of their studies because of my age. I don't know what's more insulting, that they think either I don't have an opinion or my opinion doesn't matter.

I got a different survey email about WWGrocery. It looks like a meal kit delivery service like Blue Apron where meals can either be delivered or picked up at a local grocery store. Prices were $6-$12 per serving, similar to Blue Apron. Idk, I've tried Blue Apron and it's ok. Recipes take way too long to cook for a weeknight. I don't think this would be something I'm interested in. Anyone else get this survey?
