Not having a good week eating wise and exercise as not been as intense. The stress at work has been taking its toll. Starting my last day at the Hanover office delivering medication script for a patient, so ironic.

Good morning ladies Golf this AM and WATP 4 miles. I will have to leave a little early for my T-Time at 10. I am tracking faithfully this week and ate a little too much yesterday since we had cards with friends and had snacks and wine. Today should be better.
