This was a little picky to make, but it turned out great. I used a marinade rather than a rub, but I think a dry rub would be fine. Marinate was: soy sauce; 1/2 as much Worcestershire sauce; lime juice (about 1/3 the amount of the W sauce); ketchup and mustard (optional, I used about 1T each). I marinated a 2 pound pork loin overnight after stabbing it repeatedly In the air fryer, 320f for 10 minutes, then flipped it over and went another 15 minutes. I tested the temperature and it was only at 120f, so I flipped it again, turned the temp up to 360 and cooked it 10 minutes, flipped it and went another 10. It came up to 150f then so it was done. It would have taken the same amount of time to bake it , but this had a nice, crispy crust on it so I may do it again.
