My name is Judy and I lost 80 pounds on WW and have kept it off for over 10 years. One thing that has assisted me in being successful is I somewhat follow the book "The Beck Diet Solution" by Judith Beck. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy to assist us in working on the mental side of things. Three times a year I do a book review which follows the book and goes through the 42 day program. It is on the "Food and Diet" board and is the sub-board "Beck Book Review." We are starting a book review Tuesday, June 26th and you all are invited to join us, It is seven weeks of daily topics. Here is the invite I posted on the "General Discussion" board.

I use to run a “Beck Book Review” thread on the Newbies board of the WW message boards on their website. We go through the book: The Beck Diet Solution by Judith Beck. When we got kicked off of there we moved here to the “Food and Diet” board with the name: Beck Book Review. On Tuesday, 06/26, we are starting a book review. We are not an intense group but hang loose. The book review ends up being seven weeks of daily topics. Some people lurk others participate and post. I’ve listed the schedule below if any of you are interested in joining up we love to make new friends.
